Farshad approved our clients loan, and charged her $750 to draw loan docs and $1000 commitment fee, "Document Prep Fee: $750 Commitment Fee: $1000 to be paid upon acceptance of this approval letter. This fee will be credited back at the closing when the loan is funded." He renigged on his original loan offer after the money was paid by the client, and refused to refund the client any money. I have contacted him on her behalf numerous times and he flat out will not give this lady her money back. I would beware of this mans business ethics. I am sure this woman is not the only client he has ripped off. Shady unethical business practices, refusal to refund a client her hard-earned money- stay away from this guy.
