First time we had to use their services we had a broken handle on a very new oven door. We brought the broken part in and they ordered the part, we picked it up, took it home and it was the wrong part. I understand people make mistakes, we all do so I let it go and we took it back and Washer Specialties re-ordered the right part this time. The timing to get the door handle fixed after waiting for it/shipping/re-ordering two times was about 2 1/2 months.
THEN....we have a part that broke off a deli-tray on a very new refrigerator. Brought in photos of the part and the SS/VIN numbers - IPhone photo of this to help them find the part. Went to their counter and a man who was in a hurry tried to help us, was also condescending/was in a hurry and made me feel it was because I was a woman. He seemed on edge, was rude to me and I asked for someone else to help me. The second man was nicer but used primitive part photos that I don't know how anyone could view - he was definitely having problems finding the correct part number too. He was nicer but frustrated. REMEMBER: I gave him a photo of the Refrigerator/VIN/Information on the inside of the door. Finally I showed him a video on how to replace the part, so he used the part number from that to order the replacement part. The part came two weeks later. NOT the right part. We tried to take it back and they wouldn't refund our money (credit card transaction), said it would cost to much for shipping and handling/and to restock the part. So we didn't get a refund but they took our money! I had to order it online myself, to get the right part. How do you get your money back and I have a part that we can't use...Frustrated in Wichita.
