Started with company in October after purchasing a four plex. Sold the the property ten months after I bought it. I canceled the services on August 29th. I followed up many times on the cancelation. I left multiple messages for my account executive. Never spoke to this guy in my entire time I had the service. Still I called and never reveived a call back. The new owner came to see me today and asked what was going on with the laundry service today. I thought it was done. I received a check for $35.00 it was 20% split. Assuming that was my lasr check and short paid. Still not the main issue. Remember I canceled on August 29th. I have email proof I will upload if someone responds differently to this.. I called today September 26th with the new owner was in front of me. I was told the manger in charge of cancelations would call back. I was assured. At 4:55 pm. I called. I guess I just knew this company is not interested in keeping customers that want to cancel happy.(why wouldn't you think you could win a customer back) most people that have one apartment building probably have more. Well I got the manager on the phone. I told her I wanted to cancel. She told me I called her on September 11th and asked her to wait for the new owner to call in for services. They were going to call and start services with her. I simply said that is not possible I remember that day i was traveling all day there was no way i called you. She said i was a liar. I said lets move on and cancel my service. She decidedd to tell me she kept great notes and i was a liar. WoW! I just want to cancel and i dont want to keep calling in to follow up. This is a great phone call to listen to if you are Wash management. For training purposes. That is if you care how clients are spoken to. The best part is she had to tell Alexa to turn off. ALEXA tells her when to go home and that is when she hangs up on me. Do not do business with them. Not a long term partner. They won't cancel when you call.
