I had a seal failure that caused a leak of the transmission fluid, therefore, damaging part of the transmission. The only way that I realized this was because of the noise, then I took my car ASAP the next day to the dealer but apparently this was not enough precaution for Warranty Solutions Company because they stated that it did not cover my claim because of exclusion # 1, then changed and said # 9 and finally # 2 which state that I did not take the sufficient precautions to avoid the damage, according to them
When I heard the noise it was too late and I should’ve known this before...but then how Can I possibly know that this happen before, there no light on the panel, no alarm, no warning and of course no stain in my driveway. I paid almost $6k for this and when I had a big claim it was rejected.Just to add some facts, the dealer says that it should be cover as well as 2 other mechanic that I consulted, in general no one unless Warranty Solutions personnel think that this is surprisingly absurd
Bought a 2005 dodge ram drw 3500 from this establishment, in just under 2 months the Trans went out! The dealers warranty is 3 months ,3000 miles. Well under both. They refuse to pay for the Trans 4250.00 to be rebuilt because it has a programmer in it, which it had when I bought the vehicle , they also sold me a warranty from warranty solutions at 2100.00 dollars that again will not cover anything because there is a programmer in it, which was already there! Unbelievable! Buyers beware!
Warranty Solutions is a master at loop holes. They tell you that they will cover a part but if it is in the vicinity or attached to another part that they do not cover they will claim the part they do not cover is the reason for the failure even if the service tech says something different.
The "adjusters" that come out to look at the part in the shop to verify the repair is for a covered part are dishonest and shady. They ask questions that are designed to confuse the tech and support their denial of the claim. It was a horrible experience! I am cancelling the contract. I advise you to stay away from this company.
My vehicle had an engine failure 2 weeks before the expiration date of the warranty. The dealership that was repairing the vehicle found a failed camshaft cap. They initiated the claim, the cause and repair was determined to be covered by the warranty. Claims adjuster viewed the vehicle in person and stated that the vehicle had a leveling kit and off road tires that it would not be covered. I contacted the claims department and gave them the information of the truck leveling kit and the statement that was provided to me by the manufacture of the kit stating that the warranty would not be voided because it complied with all factory specifications and tolerances. They stated that modification was in the contract and if any has been done that they did not have to cover it. The modifications done had no effect on the failed part as stated by the mechanic. They simply did not want to cover the claim.
