I received a Collections notice from this company stating that I owed $$ for a Wells Fargo checking account. I had closed an act & was given a check for the balance in the account - I researched the phone number on the web, and found out is was a scam. Good thing I verify before giving out ANY information - Be aware
We received a Collections notice from this company stating that we owed $151.31 for a Wells Fargo account. My husband didn't recognize it, but since we are trying to buy a house, we have to clean up his credit first. So he called the company to try and "settle" and they reduced his "payment" to $105.92. I paid it the next day and when he logged on to his credit report, it was not showing. So I researched this company name on the web, and found out is was a scam. I should've done my homework first and checked online, but ... lesson learned. Be aware. :(
