This is by far the weirdest Walmart we ever been to. It is not the friendliest either. Younger employees often talk about people there. What is weird is they have people working there that look like people you know or a celebrity. It's creepy. This Walmart is well known for nepotism. It's very hard to shop here without being mocked. There is often groups or people begging for money at the front entrance of this Walmart every year. Walmart has sign posted " No Soliciting". Guess they don't follow their own rules huh?
This store does not answer the phone. I have called back (5) times and nobody picks up the phone at the courtesy desk and after the music for 10 to 15 minutes the phone just hangs up on you that is very poor customer service.
There is absolutely No customer service at Walmart in Benson Arizona because nobody picks up the phone and a salesperson and another department answered the phone and she did not know because there's No management in the Benson Arizona store and most people walk around like their heads are in the clouds this doesn't happen in other stores that has proper management.
But for Now on I will shop the Tucson store or the Sierra Vista store where they value their customers and provide them the basic service that you need when you shop and you spend $575 in their store a week. How the Hell can the Walmart corporate office allow a store to be run this dysfunctionally?
The store needs to replace all of their management and customer service. This will be the last time I order at Walmart online and/or shop Walmart store in Benson Arizona. I will now be shopping on Amazon for Now on...There is No customer service at the Benson Arizona Walmart; it is not even worth your headache trying to buy something from Walmart.
I will no longer shop any Walmart store. I spoke to friends that live in Douglas Arizona and I know the Douglas store and the Phoenix store are well stocked; but the Benson Arizona store I guess just does not care about customers in Benson Arizona and does not order for the store customers come last in this store. Walmart in Benson Arizona has not had 1- gallon Bottles of distilled water in months, 9 months to be exact. I have been going back and forth twice a week to get bottles of distilled water for my dog because he cannot drink any water with any metals or minerals in it because it gets him violently sick; and so far it's roughly 9 months I have not been able to buy any distilled water because the shelves are always empty! They have most of their store shelves are also empty of most cookies - most cereal most baby wipes and baby formula but they do have some diapers now; finally but every other store across America is well stocked except for this store? Why? I now do my shopping at Safeway in Benson and photos will show why, they are well stocked so what the Hell is the problem with the Benson Arizona Walmart? that they refuse to order and stock their shelves?
I will no longer shop the Walmart supercenter in Benson Arizona, when you shop this store 60% of the shelves are empty and have been empty for months. I waste my time going shopping at this store because every week I go to this store and the shelves are always empty.
I guess the store doesn't know how to order? Because every other Walmart that I travel to their shelves are stocked you're better off shopping at Safeway they keep their store shelves stocked.
Shopped this Walmart in Benson Arizona I complained to a cell clerk asking why are the shelves empty why aren't Walmart store workers ordering they stated there is No manager here in the Benson store and nobody really cares if the shelves get stocked out or not?
I was told that the store does not have a manager? what is going on with this store? That the Walmart corporate office would allow the store shelves to be this empty you would think there was an alert for all that nuclear war the way the store shelves look in this Benson Arizona Walmart which I will No longer shop.
I mean across the country all Walmart registers scandin item and if it comes in a case of 12 when they sell six it automatically orders another case why doesn't this store have merchandise to place on their shelves? I mean No Walmart workers know how to place orders manually?
It looks like Walmart in Benson Arizona will be going out of business because nobody is doing ordering and this Walmart in Benson Arizona shelves are empty and I wasted my time going to this store when I could have traveled to Douglas or Phoenix Walmart where their shelves are packed to the gills (but Benson Walmart the shelves are all empty) they have No baby formula No baby wipes No gallons of spring water- No cookies - and half the cereal shelves are empty, what a wasted trip going to the Benson Arizona Walmart at this store you are better off going to Safeway......
I had to travel to Safeway in Benson and Ace hardware where I completed all my purchasing needs. I wasted my time trying to buy merchandise in Benson Arizona Walmart where the shelves are empty.......
