Messed up every consecutive order since Nov 2021 issued promo codes for resolutions. Fast forward to 02/20/2021 at 8 am pst. Walmart+ drops the ball on my order and loses the birthday product and card I had ordered. I call customer service for help and David claims he cannot get ahold of the store.
So I threeway the store and got ahold of customer service. They then gave me the number to call the fulfillment center (which David stated he couldn't get ahold of) got ahold of them. Was informed they didn't even have the product in-store..
David offered no reasonable resolution. I ask for a manager. Connected to Roger the supervisor-employee ID 100492202. Then informs me that my account has been blocked from issuing future promotional codes or assistance at all. I asked him to reiterate exactly why. He continues to inform me it's due to the fact that Walmart has messed up so many orders and issued so many promo codes for compensation that now my account is blocked from customer assistance and further future resolutions in regards to Walmart unfulfilling the orders. Refuses to assist me at all or transfer to another supervisor; disconnects the call.
So basically, in the past when this happens.. I get stolen from, Lied too, then they refund the order 2 weeks later after losing the item at the fulfillment center. This has been a paradigm existing within the Walmart plus app for the past 7 months (I've only used this service for less than a year and I feel so used and abused by this company).
Not to mention the hell they put me through with black friday early drops for walmart+ members. They claim we had early access to those sales, but after ordering they never process it. it gets lost and then they never deliver it and refund you after YOU REALIZE THEY DROPPED THE BALL, and call in about it. Then they no longer offer the sale item on the replacement item. You must pay full price.
Also, the app will anonymously charge you random charges to whatever default card is on file and you must dispute it with your bank. They offer no resolution at all. And customer service agents are all overseas. One must use gethuman.com to find the customer service number. The cooperate number gives you the runaround. And the Legal department doesn't respond to written requests.
On November 22, 2021 I paced an order # 5972113-888729 for IPhone 12 Pro Max with $500 gift card. I received the phone in a timely manner and last week i.e. December 13, I received the gift card for $500, which upon checking indeed had $500 on it. This Monday I.e. December 20, 2021 I wanted to load the gift card onto my Walmart account and the gift card was empty! The history notified that the Giftcard was loaded on December 13 and on December 14, 2021, at a Walmart store in California the $500 funds were emptied.
I immediately called the customer service and notified them of it. They gave me a reference # 211220-007449. Today I got the following message from the Walmart and when I checked the gift card, I kept getting an error that it’s an invalid pin. Walmart has access to the information about the gift card and probably the surveillance videos of who made the transactions etc and they just decided they can’t help me about it.
I am here in Marietta, Georgia and never left the state and this fraud took place in California and I don’t have any access to information, paper trail and I am told “sorry!”. My email account has not been hacked so the fact someone had access to exact 16 digit number and 4 digit pin code seems too much of a coincidence. I believe the breech occurred at the Walmart end and I hope you will look into the matter and try to make it right by me.

I have noticed a continued shortage of weight on prepackaged produce weight and proce per pound. Fir example, chicken has 12.5% water added, and the consumer has to pay the proce of added water that increases the weight.
In addition, I have noticed that prepackaged items weigh as much as 1% of the labeled weight. For example, a ten pound bag of potatos will weigh 8.5 pounds, a 5 pound bag of apples will weigh 4 pounds 4 ounces, a 6 pound bag of oranges will weigh 5.25 pounds, a 3 pound container of grapes will weigh 2.75 pounds, etc. This is not an anomalie, but it seems to be common practice in all stores. There is significant discrepency from labeled weight and actual weight.
The store managers says that they will take it up wiht the supplier, but the same practice of overweighing continues across the board. As for paying for 12.5% added water in the Plgram's Pride chicken, the store manages says that they cannot do anything about it. He says that that is the total weight of the chicken and added water, and the consumer must pay for the total weight.
So, Walmart knows about this, and openly practices mislabeling the weight. The consumer is being ripped off , and they will do nothing about it. If we look at the nation as a whole, we are talking about hundreds of millions of dollars every year for mislabeling the weight of produce and meats.
As far as todays purchase of a 10 pound bag of potatos that actually weighed 8.5 pounds, they gave me credit of $1.50. It is only because I brought up the issue to them. Look at all of the hundreds of thousands of people who do no reseigh the produce and meats. This is major ripoff of all consumers at Walmart. These practices of overweighing produce and meats must be stopped immediately!
Brought my vehicle in for a simple oil change. They put the wrong oil in to start things off and the correct oil type is printed on the oil cap. I had ask to please check my fluids and tell me if they are low they didn't do that all my fluids were low. They failed to to tighten my oil drain plug because I took my car to NTB to have them put the correct oil in and it was loose. When I pulled out of Walmart I stopped to test someone and my car overheated and coolant was pouring out of the bottom of my radiator. I ask the service manager what happened he said nothing we didn't touch the radiator and you can't prove it either. I had absolutely no leaks on my vehicle then Walmart touched it and my radiator gets cracked on the bottom probably from the lift or the accidentally hit something because cars don't just mysteriously spring a leak. I got a repair estimate of 537.00 dollars. Claims department is useless they could care less about their customers.
There no self check out late night at East State Walmart . for reason. the clerks want to rip you off. they do spin. the dial at register. and they do at 5am . keep the high priced item. and you lot of groceries . they smile at you pretty women. but there theives. and they keep one or two items that high priced. your better off doing self check out. but closed down afer 11pm. there theives . just evil. they smile at you and take one or two high priced items and keep them. you go and find it missing. they do to everyone late night.
