Ordered 3 white phone jack plates. Plastic inserts do not match color of plate even though their website clearly shows a perfect match. It's now obvious they used Photoshop to change to colors. They send you a generic rocker plate in white and then some cheap plastic phone jack insert that doesn't match in color.
Tried to call, but got a computer generated VM. Left my info, but no one called back. Emailed and they told me that the colors won't match unless a different plate is used. DUH! I ordered it as a single unit, so their explanation is not valid. When I wrote back asking to get a pre-paid return label, they don't reply.
This company is a big ripp off who misrepresents products and clearly adjusts images of products to make them look correct.
