My husband and I went into Wallaroo's South Division on Sunday 11/21/2021. We were actually looking for a couch. The salesman Taylor showed us their smartbed they had on display. He called his "Regional Manager" to see what kind of deal he could do. We left and went and had lunch and he called us and said that they would give us a king for the price of a queen. They said it was about $1100 off, he said it had to be purchased that day.

Manager wanted to make his sells for the week. So we came back down to the store and laid on the bed again and made the choice to purchase it. He said delivery would be in a couple weeks. I didn't want to wait that long so he said if you have a truck you can get it on 11/23/21. John picked the bed up around 6pm on Tuesday 11/23/2021. We got it all set up and it made a clicking noise, using the relaxation mode. John said when he rolls over he can hear the clicking noise. I called Taylor the next morning when they opened and reported the problem.

Taylor gave me a couple phone numbers to call and they just rang and rang and a weird voicemail. I told him and he tried and got the same response. Taylor said that he would exchange the bed for a another one. So we were set up for us to go to the warehouse on Saturday 11/27/2021. We put the bed back in the box and they took it back and gave me another. We got home and unloaded the bed, set it all up and the exact same thing, same issue. Sunday 11/28/2021 John and I went into the store to talk to Taylor and tell him we do not want the bed and asked him where he would like us to bring it back.

Kevyn helped us, since Taylor wasn't in and said we could not just bring the bed back. He said try it one more time, so we did. Kevyn wanted to schedule for Wed 12/1 and we couldn't due to work. So It was set for Sat 12/4. They cancelled 12/3 and said they didn't have a bed. It would be a couple weeks. Even through that previous Wednesday they had one. I told Aunica to keep the appointment and come and get the bed that we want a refund. She said she would have customer service reach out to us.

I hadn't heard anything or seen anyone on 12/4/21 at around noon so I called Taylor and he said the appointment was cancelled. Mo Thompson called back shortly after and said it would be $1200 to return the bed. I put my husband on the phone and he said the same calling me a blushing bride. He was rude and contradicting. We still told him to come and get the bed still. I sent an email to Wallaroo's main store in UT on 12/4. I received an email saying they would contact me. I hadn't heard anything so I emailed again and Matt Goodnight, which he stated was his name called me and said it's been over 2 weeks since the purchase and will not do anything for us. To bad.

Here we are with a bed that is defective. They say they will try and have someone come fix it. I am furious that this company is doing this to people. They are straight up bullying with this 25% restock fee on defective product. I checked the BBB after this and saw that they were doing it to another customer that hadn't even received the product yet. Disgusting.
