This one is an oddball since there was a ton of communication initially with this man who talks a million miles a second and way too long. Oversells everything 3X. You would have these phone appts. with sales reports sent to you while on the call. He was always apologizing for being short staffed hence why he was running behind.
His favorite mantra is that his company is an honest company (way overstated and should have been a sign) and he was smooth with the reverse psychology he utilized, in that he never pushed you to step up to the next level with any of their myriad product suites. Of course one sees the money structure that rewards aggressive advancement and therein lies the rub, or in this case, burn!
The premise he operates on in his ads and when he talks with you is that they are training a ton of salespersons on your behalf while he shows you fraudulent sales reports with BS transaction #'s for every sale yet you never see proof they ever existed nor a penny from the alleged sales proceeds.
Some of the companies that he aligned himself with were legitimate but in the end most, if not all, figured out his schemes and severed their ties with him. I am certain he has fabricated or created new "false" alliances with unsuspecting parties as he is still advertising heavily on Craigslist using a 916#.
I spent only about $900 total that went his way but I did step up with two other programs totalling $3750 that were suppose to release an $8,000+ contract to me. That is when the wheels came off and he tried to spin everything on his company's infrastructure changing at the top management level-all while promising he would make it up to me.
I was even surprised he made that "bad news" call to me when he easily could have disappeared into the night. However, that he did right after that call and two emails chastising me for losing my cool with him.
Avoid this guy like the Bubonic plague or Monkeypox!
