I ordered Accordian doors through Kyndle Wallace of Wallace Property Services November 20th 2019. I gave him a check for $12,412.00 for Accordian doors that were to be made and ultimately delivered and installed at my house.
I thought it strange he wanted me to write the check in his name instead of his companies name, but I trusted him. My check was cleared two days afterwards. A few weeks later I asked how the doors were coming.

I thought it strange he wanted me to write the check in his name instead of his companies name, but I trusted him. My check was cleared two days afterwards. A few weeks later I asked how the doors were coming. He said "oh these can take a long time sometimes 16 to 17 weeks" A couple weeks later I asked him again? Strangely he said it could be another 16 or 17 weeks. Something didn't feel right. He repeated the exact same response a few weeks previous. I took it upon myself to investigate. I called La Cantina the company where he told me the doors were ordered. They had no record of any order! Then he said its not La Cantina but Ganahl Lumbers in San Juan Capistrano...I asked him who the rep at Ganahl was he ordered the doors with, and he said Don or Dale.
Our text exchange word for word Me: "You said Don and Dale work at Ganahl Lumber in San Juan Capistrano right? Kyndle: "That's where the order was placed correct". I called Ganahl Lumber in Capistrano and no Don or Dale worked there. Then he texted me an "order number". No order number existed. In fact it was a quote number they give to folks they quote a price to. Not an order number. Come to find out these guys work at Ganahl in Pasadena not 70 miles away in San Juan Capistrano! and still no order number existed and nothing was ever paid to them to start on the doors! Shocked, I asked the manager what the normal lead time is he said 5 to 6 weeks tops after payment they should have been ready...it was now January 31st over two months since he cleared my check.
I demanded him to meet me at the parking lot of Ganahl Lumber in Pasadena with $12,412.00 to pay for my doors. He shows up with only 11k. When I walk away and use the restroom he's hustling back to his car with a receipt that he only paid 6k half of the order, and told me not to worry he'll pay the rest he just needs to get with his accountant. He said over and over he had paid for it originally and it was Ganahls fault. I asked him to show me proof from his bank statement....he never did. Weeks later the doors are ready I call Kyndle and over the next few weeks it was excuse after excuse.
I'm busy, on vacation, my guys are busy, week after week which went on for a month. Than Covid 19 hits and construction closed until May 15th. I respected the order and Kyndle told me on the 15th of May he can work again. During that time I asked over and over to just pay my bill and it was excuse after excuse. He didn't have to work he just had to give Ganahl Lumbers his card over the phone! They never received a call or money.
It is now May 21st 7 months after I cut him a check and I still have no doors and the full payment for my doors was never made to Ganahl. To this day he's making excuses and saying that he's now in Arizona and he'll call me when he's back in town. Wallace Property Services is a full fledge scam. Despite all of the shotty brick work, leaving tools, garbage, equipment, everywhere, no showing countless days, botching my hardwood floors, misquoting me on labor costs, lying about availability, leaving dried cement all over my back yard brick and around the pool and alley, leaving exposed wires pointing out of the wall, botching the french doors, leaving dried paint all over the hardwood floors, and hardware of the doors and windows, and much much more.
To this day I'm out $6,412.00 and he dodges my calls, his email doesn't work and ignores my texts. Buyer Beware don't use this company. So if you are reading this in June, July, August, or next year and the year after that. It is because he still hasn't paid for my doors. Don't do business with this company.
