I went to Walla Walla Cannibis Company to acquire a battery charger for my vape battery device. I brought the device with me to insure I had the correct replacement.
I was a bit suprised that this visit nobody asked to see my drivers license and it was never scanned and never presented. Anyway a lady showed me a case of replacment batteries and similar devices. The battery charger was a great deal at $6.50.
While I was there, I decided to check out product that would work with the device I brought with me.
I was showed a number of cartridges that I was told would work with my device. I was told that the wax would not.
Under advisement of the store clerk that the $55 cartridge would definitely work with my device, I spent $55 and bought it. Not a small purchase and nothing that I would have ever made without consulting the store clerk.
I was advised the battery charger might not work and could not be returned.
I understand and accepted that and told her I was not worried about being out $6.50.
When I got home, I discovered I had been sold a cartridge that was not compatible with my device. I spent some time before noticing that the tiny little connector on the side would never work with my cartridge.
I picked up the phone and called Walla Walla Cannabis Company to explain what happened. Before I could even finish my first sentence, I was rudely interrupted and given the "all sales are final" speech. They said managers were watching, unsure what this means but was made to feel terrible.
I was at the counter a long time, I asked several times to make sure the cartridge would work with the device. In fact I asked lots of question and have my device.
It would have been very easy for a clerk at the store to know it would not work by simply looking at the package. or maybe asking another staff to check. I did not have the same expertise and I entrusted the clerk to give me something that would work. They told me 2 things wouldn't work but told me for sure that the cartriodge she gave me would work.
I cannot believe how poorly I was treated. No refund, no compassion, no concern, all blame on the customer even though I did do my due diligience while I was there. I was given a 3 minute speech before I even had a chance to say anything. Then when I did ask, would you like to hear my side of the story. I was blatantly told no, they had talked about and the manager saw it all. Unsure what was to be seen, I asked if maybe they could review the camera footage to back up my claim about my assertions that I asked many questions and had assurances by Walla Walla Cannabis Co staff that the $55 cartridge would work. I realize and accepted the $6.50 battery charger might not work.
I definitely recommend no one ever go to Walla Walla Cannabis Co. this business. They are stuck up, there prices are high, and worst of all they are dishonest, and have the worst management I have ever seen.
