My SIL sent me a link of no heat curlers she wanted for Christmas on 12/4/16. I immediately clicked the link and ordered. On 12/7/16, I received an email from Waist Trainersz Co that my order had been shipped. The following morning, I requested my tracking number, which Jessica Holiday sent me on December 9th. It didn't work then, and it has never been recognized by any parcel service available to date. (Today is 12/27/16)

(Today is 12/27/16) I followed up with "Jessica" on the 14th, who answered on the 16th that it was "still in the warehouse" and to check in a few days (their pat answer every.single.time) On the 18th, I requested a refund and was ignored. I resent the request again today, via email and Facebook.
I went to their website and again, complained and requested a refund. When the word "refund" is used, the company/Jessica stop answering.
I then went to their Facebook page, where I saw MANY complaints from other scammed customers, and how their settings on the page are such they won't let you post or review on their page without approval (there are no posts - shocker)
An additional search of the phone number used and it used for several other similar waist trainer buying websites. That screams shady to me.
I have emails, screenshots, and so much more hard copy evidence available if needed.
