So very disappointed right now. Ordered my nephew's Christmas present from Waffle Collectibles. He had placed an order as well -- and they shipped them together! Two orders from two different accounts in two different states and they shipped them together!
I sent an email:
I understand my nephew's order I placed for Christmas was shipped with an order that he placed himself. The order arrived today and he opened the box - unknowingly. I would like to request that my shipping charges be refunded since he was charged shipping and so was I and everything was shipped in one box. I'm terribly disappointed that my order was shipped with his. This was his Christmas present and now he has nothing to open Christmas Day.

Wow. You just lost a customer. And bad PR.
It was a CHRISTMAS PRESENT. Two orders placed by two different accounts should never have been shipped together. Bad business.
And their final reply:
No problem, you're welcome that you received models quickly and you saved over 20.00 from normal retail cost for brand new models. Maybe you should bother teaching your son the real reason for Christmas and be a little bit thankful rather than being an ornery mother with first world problems. Don't let the door hit you on the way out.

Please do not do any business with Mr michael warffle. He is a dishonest, disloyal man. He likes to sale used second hand stuff like new. I bought a couple of items from this individual. And he always took weeks to shipped the good I order form him. He likes to charge you immediately. Also the info that is on his website is not acurate. For example I oder a plane model that wasn't a pre order, or restock, or new arrival. and he charge me for it and took almost 3 weeks to shipped. I asent email asking him why I havent received the item i order from him. and his reply was he didnt have it in stock at his warehouse. he has it in another location. I wasn't happy about this at all. Now the last time I order was two plane models that were on sale. And he shipped me to used broken models. I email him back that i wanted a full refund cause he send me broken used planes. And his reply was that they just planes models. They break some times and that I should glue them back and stop crying like a little baby. This guys costumer service is horrible. He does not know how to treat his costumers but he sure know how to screw people over with his lies and dishonest bussiness. I will advised any body not to buy any products form this person. He is the worse human being in planet earth.
I’m a regular customer of waffle collectibles. I would say I am satisfied until my 2nd to the last order. Plane came with a fallen tail wing section that I needed to reglue. It happened the second time around to which the first one, I didn’t bother at all. On the 2nd to the last order, it really bothered me since this guy isn’t even inspecting his items before he ships them out to his customers. I gave him a neutral review for that purchase to which it irked him out. He said that if I was not satisfied with it, I should have just returned it and he would give back my money in full. I did not reply to his message. When I was trying to place a bid to one of his items recently in ebay, to my surprise, this guy blocked me from bidding. I was really shocked on how this guy is behaving. I hope karma will do its payback to him after this...
I recently placed a "Special Order" with Waffle collectibles and the item description said "usually ships within 3-4 weeks". Still the seller immediately charged the full amount from my credit card. After inquiring with him about the estimated delivery date I was quite rudely pointed by him to the rules of his business and being told that the items may only be shipped out as long as 6-8 months in the future and maybe even never!
As I suspected fraudulent behavior, I had my credit card company cancel the payment to him. Check out what reply I got from this nice gentleman after he was informed by VISA:
"You know you're a miserable piece of human s**. I hope you forever rot in hell. Oh and by the way as I stated previously your f***ing a* toy the Varig 743 has arrived..but that would be too much for a piece of s** like you to comprehend. Go f*** yourself and I'll await your payment for the cancellation fees you f***ing worthless piece of German s**."
People living near this guy be cautious! From what else you can read about him in the internet and from his reaction to me I could imagine this guy could even pose a danger to his immediate surrounding.
I even heard he is an ATC controller down in San Diego Airport!? God forbid they place guys like him into such posts!!
