I always buy the extended warranty on my appliance purchases because, well, this is my third washer in the past 15 years. It has been 3 weeks since my first contact with W3 Solutions and we are all down to the last pair of underwear.
From scheduling an availability time to getting a repair person in, it has been inefficient. They asked if we were available between 8 and 12 for the following week and then claimed it wasn't a real confirmation of availability, they were just throwing it out there I guess... the next day a repair person arrived and established the problem. He said he would be back the following week when the parts ordered arrived and voila, washer repaired.
Nope, apparently the W3 Solutions Company is required to pre approve the parts before the repair can take place. They didn't and My washer is still broke 3 weeks later.
We purchased very expensive appliances and extended warranty offered by W3 Solutions. Year and a half later our Samsung fridge and Boch microwave/oven broke. That was two months ago and they are still broken. W3 deals with Young's appliance in Ottawa which is most incompetent repair company; they cannot even order parts or admit that they cannot repair those appliances. W3 does not provide any actual service or support nor are they interested in actually replacing or really repairing our appliances. They also have no idea what is going on. It took W3 more than 3 weeks to approve the part's order. We are still waiting. No one has ETA or an idea when do we stop waiting and get a new fridge or what we are even waiting for. We can't reach our adjustor, we can't get them to send us different repair people, and we can't get anything done or even get a time frame for any options. We are now at the point of having to start over and fix this on our own or get new appliances. We have had no working fridge for two month! W3 can't provide a loner, or any useful help really. This warranty is a scam.
