My husband and I placed an order at the Letchworth Arts & Craft Show on 10/9/16 for a piece of woodwork to be made for my daughter as a christmas gift. I wrote WB Sign Studio a check for $193.66 which was cashed on 10/12/16. We emailed owner a picture of 2 dogs to be embedded in woodwork. Followed up with several emails with no response. Also no response to multiple calls. Hard to believe this guy is a crook and after no replies, googled his company and found he has been ripping people off since 2012! I will be filing a police report. This guy has to be stopped.
