I order a posture corrector for my back. Kept being advertised on Facebook and supposedly they had a lot of good reviews. It turns out all reviews are fake, they don't give an option to write a review on google and they never respond to their customer service email.
I received the posture corrector order number: Order #28259 , and the order arrived 3 weeks later.
It was nothing like advertised, it was a complete different product, cheaply made with some rubber straps and threads hanging around it. this thing doesn't cost more than $5 and they sell it at the convenient store in my neighborhood.
I contacted them to ask info about how can I send it back and get a refund but they haven't responded and it's been days...
I just want my $20.00 back for the joke of a product they sent me. It is so badly made that could actually injure my back more than it already is and the belt sitting right on my stomach causes me nausea.

I ordered 4 items in May 2019 worth 125 US $. Parcel never arrived, I guess probably never left China. A favorite response by the website to ANY query raised in the subsequent follow-up emails - 'Shipping takes 3-6 weeks depending on location. Some distant areas can take a bit longer. But we will get to you.'<br /> They stopped responding with the above statement if same subject line was used in follow-ups. 6 months on, I don't have a clue of the items. They don't have a contact number either. I have learnt the hard way.
They do not even deserve one star. They are a scam and fraud. Ordered pre-treatment spray in early August. Nearly 3 months later, no order and the same email response—takes 3-6 weeks for delivery. I have asked for my money back, but no response! Guess we all were played for suckers! Live and learn!
Don't ever buy from this site. It's fraud. I paid $70 four months ago n haven't receive anything. They are not even replying my emails. It's a scam for sure.

I paid for this order #82988 in August 2019.
It was only USD 16.98!
To date, 24th December 2019 I have not received the product or any explanation from them.
My e-mails go unanswered.
Shame on them!
