1. On 2/4/16 a medical exam was performed by a qualified eye doctor and a prescription provided to Andrea Guice for Eyeglass wear as a corrective means to her visual impairment.
2. On July 14, 2016 Andrea Guice sought to have her eyeglass prescription serviced by Northwest Ohio Eyecare, 5550 W. Central Ave. Ste. C, Toledo OH 43615, and paid $100.
3. On August 15, 2016 Mrs. Guice had waited approximately 30 days to have her prescription completed and upon recieving the prescription paid $128.76.
4. On August 30, 2016 I contacted the Northwest Ohio Eyecare with a complaint that my "eyeglasses" were
defective. The lenses were "faded" out and appeared incorrectly made. I was told by Tamika with NWO Eyecare that they shipped my prescription out to VSPOne and that any problems would need to be handled by that company. I was told to come back into the NWO Eyecare company that they could view the problem and ship them back to VSPOne.
5. On December 13, 2016 I contacted NWO Eyecare and was told because I neglected to bring back the Eyeglasses they were not responsible for my earlier complaint.
6. I believe that because I paid a sum of $228.76 for the "Eyewear prescription" that the first pair of glasses that I recieved should not have become defective in less than 30 days! I did not scratch, or damage the eyewear or cause any damage to the lenses. I believe that the company ought to reimburse my monies and that VSPOne needs to be investigated for creating "improper eye glass wear" for "medical vision prescriptions."
7. The VSPOne takes prescriptions and charges money for those prescriptions to be processed, however, the glasswear is defective. This is FRAUD!!!
