I have all required information they need to show it was purchased gave the code off of box to show unit is authentic. Gave them everything they wanted offered a silly coupon and I tried sign into sight wouldn’t work they had to activate my account I could not sign in and the insulting coupon would never work. They really do not have much consideration for their customers. Seems like I sent a picture of all information required and a picture of unit the is a fire hazard
