VOLKSWAGEN call center customer service is an absolute joke.
We made a simple call to ask for directions to a dealer that was not listed properly or set up on GPS. We spoke to some rude person named Danielle who interjected and talked allover the entire call we had to terminate the call because this person was not capable of being polite and helpful. we called back numerous times and unfortunately ended up in this dealing with the same person She must of been the only one on that Q answering the phone.
We then asked to speak to a manager and she told us all managers were busy that she would put a call into voicemail after seven calls back she kept putting us on hold to avoid the obvious. After nine phone calls by we finally ended up speaking with someone to claim to be a supervisor and our call was handled poorly at best. We were simply just trying to get to dealer for service and based on the way this call was handled we would rank this next in line to calling Microsoft in Pakistan for Third World tech-support. We finally made it to the dealer but based on the side that we having a car problem and our call was handed handled in such an atrocious matter that makes us think twice whatever buying another Volkswagen product. After all this is a German company and German companies are supposed to be perfect right? Well we're going leave it here as we know that we've heard nightmare stories about VOLKSWAGEN and we're now starting to live this moment based on a simple phone call. It seems either they have an outbound call center or underpaid stuff that do not know how to communicate effectively that loan help one of their customers. We would probably get better call service from calling Walmart before we ever call VOLKSWAGEN again. VOLKSWAGEN is a joke and they don't stand behind their products very well based on what we've heard and now we're starting to experience the fact that we can even make a simple call to get some help.
