I was fooled on december 7th and further committed myself as a fool on december 11 when i paid them $950 to begin representing me. I found them by googling “foreclosure lawyer”. # 1 pick by google: consumer arbitration services of america casa). Which is a phony cover company with controlled content on the websites. The link to suemybank.Net is only functional when you use the link in the email sent from them. Conveniently, http://volksanwaltlaw.com is under construction.. They use code to manipulate that. Casa is just one of many cover companies for: jessica mchale/volks anwalt. She is the one who is principal on all of these companies that she’s opening and closing all the time. You can verify this by going to http://checkbca.Org, http://flordiadb.com, http://companyfl.com, or take a look at her current lawsuit in california next link down). I contacted the lawyer that is representing the california woman who paid $3500 to help with her foreclosure and of course they didn’t do anything. The more people who come forward with their experiences so she can be stopped. All of those sites will show you that companies she’s operating under our at times listed as in active because the state shut it down. She has been disbarred in florida, virginia and new york along with joseph kosovo. Both have been restricted from practicing law as well as a monetary fines.
She scammed me because my foreclosure issues. There are scams to target the elderly, have past due taxes and issues with the irs, bankruptcy, loan modifications and debt relief. One woman’s story was because she gave them her bank account information to retain their services because she had a past due tax bill that she hired vany for. Then they cleared her out of all the $11 left and she still owed all of her past due tax. People are going to court and there’s no lawyer to meet them there even though they paid $3500. Often after the first time you realize that they’ve become a company you wish you hadn’t hired they just won’t answer anymore you can’t get a hold of them. Watchout: there are other scams being run by her in employment services, credit card/bank info phishing and url deceptions that show you what they want you to see not the real page. A new employment company had its webpage go live. It claims that vss provides lawyers to stand in for lawyers for client consultations, depositions and even standing for them at court. Personally i hire a lawyer based on his reputation in the court room. I would not want my lawyer’s brains and tactics to be represented by someone else.
You won; $100 gift cards to walmart or free medical alert system. I was able to connect (888) 506-3765 to volks and jessica mchale to a few numbers that are involved in that type of scam. That phone number is listed at legaladvice.com under jessica mchale‘s attorney profile. However that number goes to smart shoppers in phoenix arizona and you have won $100 gift card and all you have to pay is one dollar. What credit card number would you be using today? Not today fool not today!
