I purchased a "Weed-Eater" - brand "New" 16' dual action battery powered hedge trimmer with battery & charger on August 19th, 2020 for $ 49.99 on E-Bay. It arrived on August 21st 2020 & discovered the existing "Battery Pack Capacity" was "Defective" & would "not" properly charge at all. I contacted the "Seller" VM-Express & requested a immediate "Replacement", they stated" Their "Out of Stock". Furthermore, they offer, partial refunds of $ 15.00 & $ 20.00 Dollars, to obtain a "New" battery from a local supplier in my area, if I am able to Find one....? Note: One Supplier stated "It would cost $ 68.99 For the Battery, It should be noted that "All" Parties Involved in this sad Situation, will "not" honor their Standard ( 1 ) Year Warranty on the Product(s). I had this Hedge Trimmer for only ( 1 ) day upon it's Arrival to my Home & it was Defective. They insulted me with a very "Low" Offer(s) & refused to provide a Replacement.
I contacted E-bay" & filed a complaint, they offer "Only" "One" solution & didn't considered a "Battery" Replacement & suggested I return the entire Item for a full Refund. That wasn't acceptable & needed "Only" a Battery Replacement. I than contacted the 'Manufacturer - Husqvarna for a Battery Replacement, they refused to honor the ( 1 ) Year Warranty, of a Product that, they should Stand-By & clearly made the Product. I must stress that these parties have many consumer complaints & the Better Business Bureua have rec'd negative consumer complaints.
Ordered a refurbished Shark Rocket upright vacuum cleaner thru EBAY from this company, It was not packaged good, the bar brush was full of animal hair and the filters were very dirty. I cleaned the vacuum and it works very well.,did not get a user manual.
I feel that this company needs to clean their products before they are sent.
Company stated a specific wattage on their 15in elux subs @ 1300rms.
Sub blew out, and was told I was out of luck since after 60 days.
Contacted them on facebook and was told that was incorrect and it was a 1 year warranty. The rep also stated they are not CEA tested/verified (which was not, and still is not noteted on their listings on ebay, amazon, and websites).
Created BBB Case. Beware, this is a shady company that doesn't include important information and instead just comes up with their own product ratings.
