Description of problem:
A few minutes after 1200 am (early morning) of 01-12-2015, i bought a ticket from vliegtickets.nl, to fly from amsterdam to madrid via aireuropa. Through some problem the date of travel came out wrong, 10-12-2015 instead of 07-12-2015.
The information from the outfit stated that if an annullment was requested befor 1500 hours the same day, the transaction would be annulled. After considerable difficulties I managed to call the phone number they provided which was 0900-9556 in the netherlands. Calling this number implies paying 0.45 euros per minute. This could not be done on a cellular phone and all the public phones I tried refused to allow this call. I finally managed to find someone who lent me his landline(at approximate 13:00 hours) and i was able to call. I had to wait 14 minutes before they took the call, i stated my problem, they kept me waiting another 5 minutes and finally came back to tell they would not annull the transaction because the ticket had already been issued(this is an ouright lie because i actually received the digital ticket on 07-15-2015).
I would like to get your help to get a refund for the 95.75 euros I paid.
