I saw an ad for eye cream and face cream that supposedly had alot of good reviews for getting rid of wrinkles and such. The website said you could try the products for the cost of shipping. Not once throughout the whole ordering process did it ever say it was recurring or that there would be extra charges.

I got two charges for each item; $1.95 and $3.95. Now a couple weeks later I find two more charges on my credit card for $69.95 and $49.95.

I called the # on the website and it didn't ring for the first two tries and then I finally got through to someone. I explained that I wasn't willing to pay that kind of money and that it was a ripoff since I wasnt aware of the extra charges. The lady said that it is in the "terms and conditions".

I told her it was ridiculous because there is nothing during the whole checkout process. She tried to get me to stay on the program by offering to discount my future purchases, but I refused and threatened to dispute it with my card company. She finally relented and refunded Half price on each item which is all I could probably hope to get so I agreed. and also cancelled the auto ship.

VLHealth is a Scam

I responded to a facebook ad for face and eye cream that had good reviews for getting rid of wrinkles and puffiness. The website said you could try the products for the cost of shipping. Not once throughout the whole ordering process did it ever say it was recurring or that there would be extra charges. I received 4 different emails detailing charges of $3.95, $1.99, $.99, and $1.95. I actually received the product which is more than a lot of people did. I had decided not to order more and just kind of forgot about it until I got my credit card bill and saw the charges this VLHealth.com posted which were 69.95 and 49.95. A day later I received another tub of eye cream with an invoice for 49.95. I got on line and checked my credit card and there is another pending charge for 69.95. I then researched this company and was blown away at the amount of people this company has ripped off. I called their customer service department and cancelled the service I did not know I had signed up for and told them the reason I was cancelling was because they scammed people. Do you know the rep did not apologize for their actions but actually asked me if I wanted to continue the service at a reduced rate?I called my credit card company and they said that they get many calls about companys that do this same thing (try our product for free and only pay shipping) and you know the box you check that says I agree to the terms and conditions? You have to check that box before your order will go through and guess what? They got you and it is all legal. In those terms and conditions it only gives you two weeks to cancel and if you don' contact them in that time frame you are agreeing to recurring service. Expensive and painful lesson learned.

This company is completely absurd. They had my credit card charged repeatedly for charges that werent legitimate.i had to dispute all the charges with my bank and have them reversed.. then i FINALLY spoke to a representative who tried to convince me to settle without disputing for only half of a refund. i disagreed and got an address to send their product to. after a week i called and tried to find out the status of my refund. their operators told me they could not find me in the system and required my credit card number.i had already cancelled the account on that particular card so i gave them, the number. after realizing the acct was no longer valid they informed me they couldnt find me or do anything concerning my acct. basically saying i could do nothing. but i have already contacted my bank and used the tracking number for the product. IT WAS DELIVERED TO THEM!!! so i am disputing the acct..this company is BOGUS!!!!!

After seeing a report on the internet about Megadrox and Testadrox, which said Dale Jr, and Jimmy Johnson, both of Nascar, were using their products. Both saying how Good these products were. Upon seeing an ad for free bottles, just pay shipping, I went for it. A $3.95 an a $4.95 bill for shipping sounded good to me.

They sent the two bottles. They charged me the two charges of $3.95 and $4.95 cool. Untill I saw my next bank statment. They had charged me an extra $114.90. All the charges said reoccuring. So i call them thinking it may just be a miss understanding. They said that they were willing to give me a 50% refund, or I could send the product back for maybe a full refund in about a month.

I didn't like those Ideals. So I called them back, and told them what I thought about this deal, and told them to cancell everything with them. They were nice on the phone, and said, " sure no problem".

Yesterday I got two more bottles, they were shipped on 9/7/2016, same day as when I cancelled with them. They again pulled another $114.90 out of my account, which has now cost me another $35.00 on top of all that for overdrawn on my checking. The total now is $273.70. The only approved cost by me was the original $3.95 and $4.95.

I've called the fraud department of my bank, and now they are looking into this, and said that they would get back to me in about 10 days.

VLHEALTHAZ extends a trial offer, takes your credit card number, then continues to bill hefty charges$54.95, $84.87, and $89.95 to your monthly credit card statement, even after being contacted and requested to stop! Their "customer service" is rather shady and roundabout and they pretend to have trouble locating accounts. I regret ever purchasing anything from them, as they are parasites who extort money from your credit card. This has gone on for months, and I'm having to cancel my credit card to cut them off!!

Ordered a trial of Megadrox and Testadrox. Received one bottle eath with 60 tablets eacb for a 1 month trial.

Called to cancel and was told that the trial was only 21 days and it had past. They charged me for 2 additional bottles at about $54.95 and $59.95 that they did not send because I had canceled the orders. However, I didn't cancle by the end of the "21" day trial.

I ordered a free sample of this product, just pay shipping and handling. they charged me more for the shipping then it said they would charge, and then i never received the sample, then 2 weeks later i was charged two separate times for $59.95 and $49.95. i didnt even know who they were so i looked up the website from my bank account.

I called, and the rep told me it was all in fine print, that if i didnt cancel with in 14 days i would be charged, for the free sample i had ordered. i explained i never even received the product and he said his records stated it was shipped so there was nothing i could do. told him i didnt want to pay for something i never received and said it was shipped, that there was nothing i could do. he offered to refund 65% and i told him i wanted the full amount, ehy would i pay anything for something i didnt receive. he was very rude and then just hung up on me. i called back and talked to a woman, and she said the same thing, but she offered to send me my free sample that i never received and paid $120 for.

told her i just wanted my money back and she said there was no way i could do that. so we hung up and i figured the 65% was better then nothing so i called back a third time and talked to another man, who said since my account was not active, i didnt qualify for the rebate now. i told him they just canceled my account 10 min prior to this and he said there was nothing i could do. so basically i just paid $120 for nothing but a hard time. i looked over the fine print when i ordered this sample, and i saw nothing in it about 14 day trial or the amount they would charge, not sure where it was hidden, but they did hide it very well.

Outright CROOKS!!

Do not get involved with any of the products used through VL health. The first experience I had was extremely bad, I ordered Megadrox and testosterox from them and paid for overnight delivery. After two days I called then a guy answered the phone: "This is customer care" he could not explain to me why it was not delivered overnight..and told me it will arrive in another 4 days...so on 7/07/2016 I cancelled my account. The kicker is this, here it is 8/1/2016 and my bank account was debited $54.86 for a product that I cancelled a little under a month ago. When I called their customer service rep that answered was just as incompetent as the last one..after 15 minutes she finally located in her notes that the account was cancelled and it was a mistake, she said my money will be refunded to my bank in 5-7 business days which has me pissed off because I don't believe it was an accident. I will be filing a fraud lawsuit for this so-called mistake due to the fact that the money they took unlawfully has derailed my finances and bill paying schedules..I URGE CONSUMERS TO NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH THESE CON-ARTIST!!!! WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPIERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF BEING A PART OF..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND COMPLETE LIARS...

A pop-up appeared while I was in Facebook. The pop-up advertised two (2) vitamins or food supplements, Testadrox and Megadrox. There was a one time trial offer, a free 30 day supply of each, the only charge was for shipping, $2.95 and $3.95, payable by credit card. My order was made 6/29. The shipping chargers appeared 7/9, the same day that I received the products. I was notified by the Fraud Deparment of my credit card 7/29 of two(2) charges TSHEATHCHOP.COM $54.95 and VSHEALTH.COM $59.95. I informed the credit card company that I recognized the vendors but did not authorize the charges. We (Credit Card and myself) were informed that there was a 14 day trial of the offer and 14 days had elapsed since receiving the order. I informed that I was not aware of any such agreement and would not have agreed to any such ridiculous, convolulted deal. With the Credit Card on line listening, a credit was authorized with the understanding for me to return all products not used within 30 days and the credit issued would remain. I was not feeling or seeing any improvement using the product. And the fact they want me to spend another 7 bucks to return, for what? Proves that this is a very scandoulus outfit and the products, TESTADROX and MEGADROX are worthless and is probably nothing but food coloring.

Simple as this. I woke up and checked my bank account like I do every morning and see that this so called Volcan Health charged me $59 for some kind of supplement that I didn't even order. I tried to reason with them. They said they wouldn't refund because it showed that I received something from them. I haven't received anything from them. These scam internet sites make billions of dollars off of hard working folks. Be careful people. All it takes is an accidental touch on your computer or phone and they have you. The customer service person even hung up on me.

Vlhealth.com and megadrox.com are the biggest scams going today. Please, for your protection and sanity, do NOT order anything from these two companies.

Megadrox/vlhealth were doing a promotion of a 13 day trial for only shipping. The website said orders are ready to be shipped today. This was on April 29th. By, today, May 13th, I have not received the capsules yet. So I called this morning around 11AM. I spoke to "Ebony" and she told me that the shipping fee was not processed and that is why I have not received my product. But, of course it was charged to my MasterCard for $4.99. So she reversed the charge and charged me again for the shipping to update my account.

But, it would not work over the phone because of the security that is placed on my Credit Card. So, she guided me to the website to fill out the information. This time I used my Visa Card. I purchased the 13 day free trial for $4.99 shipping. About 11:30AM I went online to view my Bank Accounts and VlHealth/Megadrox charged my Card for $144.00. So I called back, spoke to Michael and he told me that I purchased 3 bottles of the product!!! I told him that one of his co-workers assisted me and that I was suppose to buy the free trial including shipping. He placed me on hold and came back and told me, No, you purchased three bottles, please allow 2 weeks for delivery. I got a refund (supposedly), he said it should take 2-5 days depending on my bank. I will be following this back up to check on my refund. Terrible scam.

Volcan Health this company ensures you a free trial you only pay for shipping. But thats not the case they will

keep charging you what ever amounts they wish, and only offer you 50% refund when you cancel but only to not

get any refund at all in return. I even asked before I got the so called free trial and was reassured that I would

not be charged and yet I still was they are so rude, Fortunately for me my credit card company refunded all my

money so Volcan health can suck my d***!

I too fell for this online scam. I ordered a bottle of a weight loss supplement. i was told the bottle was free and I only had to pay 5.95 for shipping.

I did get the bottle and was charged the 5.95, but a few weeks later I noticed a charge for 59.95 that I did not authorize. i immediately called customer service. The man I talked to was very rude. He did not listen to anything I said and just kept trying to push the product on me.

he told me that I had signed up for a 14 day trial and since I did not cancel within those 14 days, i got charged the original price for the bottle. Nowhere on their website, emails, or shipping slip did I see anything about this. I knew nothing of a 14 day trial or being auto billed monthly for 59.95.

I demeanded a full refund repeatedly and asked for my account to be closed. He Did close my account, but refused me the refund. I asked to speak to a supervisor, he ignored me and just kept pushing the product. I asked to speak to a supervisor again and he hung up on me.

I called back and got another man. While he was at least somewhat polite, he too ignored my asking for a supervisor. i finally gave up.

This is not right. There are companies all over the internet like this that are just out to scam people out of their hard earned money. It needs to stop.

  • May 11, 2016

I saw their add on Facebook and registered online. I was charged for shipping and handling four different times and then an additional $120. I was told I'd be refunded the total amount, with 50% that day and the remainder in 3-5 business days. I haven't been refunded a dime yet. l called them and was hung up on by one operator. I called back and both times was denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. They won't refund the total amount. Don't ever but from them. They are nothing more than scammers.

On March 26, 2016, I responded to an email offer of a FREE 60-cap bottle of "Metabo Matrix." Order confirmation #283327.

Note at bottom of emailed confirmation stated, IMPORTANT: Charges will appear on your credit card statement as VL Health. Order total was $0.99, which was for postage. The web site was http://www.vlhealth.com.

On May 10, 2016, I received a bottle of the above substance with a bill for $59.95. I checked my Visa card statement immediately and the charge of $59.95 was entered on 5/7/2016, Auth #846314.

I will attempt to reach them tomorrow by phone, but in the meantime will file an unauthorized charge report with Visa.

I will also file a report with the Phoenix Police Dept.

I bought a trial of a face cream and an eye cream.

Three weeks later my bank account was first debited 49.95. I called immediately the number on my bank statement and the man hung up on me/ I called again, got a nice lady and she agreed to cancel and refund my money. Then about five days later another 69.95 was taken out. On my bank statement there were two different numbers so I called both. The first one the guy said I did not cancell within the time period stated four lines down in the disclosure and would not refund the money.

When I spoke to her I cancelled both orders, I also emailed their support email cancelling both. So I don't understand why they won't refund my second larger debit of 69.95.

The cream was not that good and I expressed that to them.

I feel this is a scam and ripoff.

I responded to an advertizment for health supplements and ordered a trial sample of Testadrox TR and a sample of Megadrox TR. These supplements appeared to be supportive of better health that I was looking for. The program indicated a charge of

free samples and just pay the shipping with my credit card. I was skeptical of the plan, but, went ahead thinking I could cancel out before the end of the trial period. Two weeks later they charged my credit card for $59.95 and $54.95, which was the retail price of the two supplements......When I called to complain the girl says the 14 day trial period expired and I was charged the retail price for the supplements. In addition, all this was explained in the terms and conditions of the program. If I had called and cancelled before the end of the 14 day trial, she says they would not have charged my account. She also reported they could not refund my charges, but, would entertain an offer of 50% discount on any additional orders. Hopefully, someone else may benefit from my experience. This must be fairly typical of many of the supplemental offers that are occuring throughout the internet and mass media in general. "Too soon dumb and Too Late smart"

READ THIS ABOUT VL HEALTH BEFORE THEY DO IT TO YOU TOO.......

I called the # on the website I explained that I wasn't willing to pay that kind of money and that it was a ripoff since I wasnt aware of the extra charges. The lady said that it is in the "terms and conditions".BUT THERE'S NOT A SINGLE THING THAT SAYS YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA AT ANY TIME, OR GAVE A # TO CALL AND CANCEL BY CERTAIN DAYS.

I'm Very Upset"

I told her it was ridiculous because there is nothing during the whole checkout process. She tried to get me to stay on the program by offering to discount my future purchases, and since i refused i still have to send the product back, without getting my money back.

  • Apr 12, 2016

I responded to an add about a face cream which is supposed to minimize wrinkles. I was only supposed to be charged $.99 for the little sample and $3.95 for shipping. Both charges appeared on my credit card and I received a small sample serum in the mail. After two weeks an unauthorized charge for $69.95 showed up on my credit card that I used for ordering the sample. I called VL Health to ask for the charge to be refunded as I did not order anything additional or received any other product except for the sample. The rep on the phone informed me that I was enrolled in auto billing where I will be charged $69.95 once a month until I cancel. Cancel what? I did not order anything or authorize VL health to put an reoccurring charge on my credit card. The VL Heslth rep said that I was enrolled in auto billing even though I informed him that there was no mention of any programs Zi would be enrolled in when ordering a sample originally.

The rep was not helpful at all and told me that they cannot give me any refund back. I of course said that this is outrageous and that I will dispute this unauthorized charge with my credit card company. I also specifically asked the VL Health rep on the phone to CANCEL my so called 'subscription' which I have never authorized or ordered and the rep on the phone assured me that it was cancelled that day. Sure enough I had yet another charge gpr $69.95 a few weeks later on my credit card. I called again VL Heslth again and complained and they finally cancelled my subscription as I got a notification email after the call. As for the second charge it was in pending status on my credit card so the credit card company was able to block the second charge before it went through. This time around I cancelled my credit card as I did not want to take any chances with this company ever again. This is clearly a SCAMso beware consumers everywhere.

  • Apr 4, 2016

It was a free trial they never told me that I have to cancel or I would be charged the full amount with was 59.95 then when I did notice what was goin on they charge me another 1.95 and then hang up up on me

  • Apr 2, 2016

VL Health Scam

I also ordered a free trial of face and eye cream and was supposed to only be charged for shipping. My debit card was charged tow sets of charges $1.95 & $3.95 on 3/8 and $1.99 and $.99 on 3/8. Since they were such small amounts, I did not worry about it. On 3/28, I was charged $49.95 and $69.95. I called their customer service and was told I now had a subscription to their products and these were the charges for the samples I had already received. When I asked what the two extra smaller charges, were these were for "holding" the items. I pointed out to the rep that I had not agreed to a subscription and the price I was being charged was more that the $89.95 the two products were currently being sold together for on the web. She offered me a discount on future purchases. I told her I did not want any future purchases and she agreed to cancel my subscription but when I asked her to refund the $49.95 and $69.95, she said had made me the best offer possible and hung up the phone!! I disputed the charges with my bank.

A Complete Scam

I don't know how companies like these are allowed to be in business!

There was nothing at all on the purchase form that indicated any recurring charges and automatic products being sent every 30 days. I also called the number on the website and the most unprofessional customer service person came on the line. I told her I didn't not at all agree to being charged for the charges that appeared on my card account and she told me they were in the "Terms and Conditions", which I did not at all recall seeing on the ad!

I will dispute this with my bank! This company completely takes advantage of and hoodwinks people into taking their money!
