I am being charged $165.83 by Vivid Service Group for a job they left incomplete so that they could go begin another yard scheduled in my neighborhood The first time Vivid Service Group came to my house, it was after the scheduled appointment and at that time I had someone cut the grass for me. In May 2016, Vivid Service Group came back out, they cut the front yard and told me they would return to cut the hedges and the backyard. They explained that they would return on Saturday because they had another job to complete in the neighborhood. As of that time, I have not seen anyone from Vivid Service Group. I took it upon myself to call Vivid to find out how much I needed to pay for the front yard to be cut because I no longer wanted to do business with them. The first time they came days after the sceduled appointment, the second time they didn't complete the job. Now I am getting a letter from AMS (Account Management Systems) stating that I owe them $165.83. Again, I called to find out how I am being charged $165 for the cutting of the front yard. They are nonresponsive, they did not come back out to complete the job, they left the job half complete to go start yet another job. I am definite a company like this requires that before and after pictures be sent to the company to ensure the job was done. I would like the dated before and after pictures of my property sent to me. I have found Vivid Service Group to be underhanded, greed infested, unprofessional and unproductive.
