Vivial is an advertising company we hired that was a total disappointment. We are a new small business and wanted a website and advertising. Their finished product was unacceptable, poor spelling, grammar, no punctuation. I had to redo the edits myself and send to them.
When we contracted with Vivial we were also told they were partnered with Google. Now we have received multiple conflicting emails from Vivial saying they are/aren’t partnered with Google. We wanted to cancel and they sent us an $1104.00 final bill with that amount being our cancellation fee.
I contacted Vivial support only for them to say they would write off approximately 50 bucks. This is unacceptable for a service we never received. I have emails supporting all of my complaints/evidence.
The Berry Company contacted our church about advertising in a yellow pages. The representative was explicitly told that no approval was given, that our policy dictates that we obtain approval from the church council and that they were not to proceed. They proceeded anyway, and billed us for services we did not order!!
Multiple conversations over the past year and a half with Berry Company and Vivial staff yielded extraordinary information. Most deceptively, we were told that we had signed a contract and were therefore obligated to pay. Unbelievable! Furthermore, when their staff was prompted to provide the name of the person who signed the contract, a completely bogus name was provided. No such person has ever been affiliated with our church.
We were told repeatedly by Berry/Vival staff that a case would be opened and that they would provide us with a copy of the signed contracty. To date that has not happened.
How can this happen? How can a company bill you for services that you never asked for and that you never authorized?
Furthermore, they now have employed a bill-collecting attorney to continue their pattern of harassment.
If you or your company is ever contacted by the Berry Company, hang up immediately. Do not even engage in conversation.
