I ordered a trial product of VitaXSlim Garcina and Klen Cleanse. I was only supposed to pay for shipping fees for these TRIAL bottles. Trial was for 15 days. I noticed 2 charges for around $80 each from them and called. They said I didn't cancel during my trial period so I was being charged for the program. I requested they cancel, which they did after several attempts to reduce the rate. I spoke with a guy on 11/23 and he told me the charges would be refunded. I did receive a cancellation email and I waited until today, a week later and no refund. When I called back they said that the $80 dollars each was for the bottle I received and since I cancelled after the trial period I wasn't entitled to refund.
I immediately asked to speak with supervisor and the first person responded very rudely but did put me on hold. In a few minutes someone else picked up and I was trying to tell him my story and he said the same thing. So when I became upset and accused them of ripping off peopel because no where did it say I would be charged for those bottles but if I continued in the program I would be. He also was very rude and told me it would be in my best interest to listen to him. They eventually gave me 30% of each charge. I relucantly accepted because 30% is better than nothing. I would not recommend buying from this company. The products do not work and their customer service is poor and rude when you question their policies.

When I called to request a refund, I was told they "do not accept any product back into their warehouse", open or not open. They refused to refund my money, instead offering a 30%, then 50%, then 75% discount on future shipments. Tells you how much the product is really worth!
This product is a sham and this company has zero customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT OR ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I called 1-888-308-0815 spoke to a guy john, I explained to him I paid for the shipping and handling, for a free month but I want to cancel any additional orders, he told me I have to return my free months supply and pay them another 10.00 to return my free months supply. I told him absolutely not, he cannot do that. He called me back and said I have to pay to cancel my order which is A bunch of bull.I have to cancel my credit card now and be inconveinced of this fraud.

When I called to speak to a supervisor and I explained to her the situation along with telling her about the rude representative, she said "Oh, that's nice." She spoke over me and then hung up on me. Please don't use this product, they are not concerend about the customer and will not provide support. My heart goes out to those who have already been scammed by this company.
Daughter saw and ordered online on fb using my card. Charged $12.85 shipping. Received "klen coffee cleanse"" and "vitaxslim garcinia cambogia". No statement in package. No return instructions. Called # on credit card statement.
I called on day-4 of 30-day trial. I was told "restocking fee" of $9.95 each plus shipping - total $30.80. She advised me to "keep the products" and wait until day-28 to cancel. I wanted to cancel now so no further charges would be on my card ($86). She said she would "extend" the trial period and for me to call in another month!
After checking "terms" on similar websites, i found the "subscription" would be $86 per month! i have no way to prove i am calling to cancel the "trial" and had no place to return it. Searched the return address on package and found multiple sites also complained about on outscam.com as nouveau. No way to prove i called to cancel.
On jan. 19, 2018, i ordered the "free" trial size of the vitaxslim and klencleanse and paid the shipping and handling. I did not see anything on the original order form that said i would be shipped additional orders each month and my credit card charged $89.95 for each of the bottles. I was surprised when i received the bottles from them last fri. And checked my credit card records and found out that i had been charged $89.95 on 02-02-18 and $89.95 on 02-03-18. I called the number that was listed on google (1-888-381-8871) and was told by the fyg4that she could not help me and that i should call the number on the back of the bottle (1-855-381-8871) which i did and she told me that i didn't read the terms and conditions, that i couldn't return the bottles and receive a refund. The best she could do was reduce the charge by 35% and cancel my account. I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if that happens and ask if there's anything else they can do to help. I believe this is a scam because of their policies and the product doesn't work!
Buyer Beware. Do not purchase from VitaXslim. Deceptive practices. You are not receiving a free trial bottle. You are signing up for a membership and will be billed the full amount for each trial product if not returned and cancelled within 30 days.
