I ordered 3 different vitamin suppliments from them in October. I put in my correct address and they used an old address. Unlike their supposed aggrement, they made one attempt to send a partial order. Their agreement states 3 attempts. They sent me an e-mail that the product was returned and my account was refunded less a 15% restocking fee. I stopped payment on the entire order. Stupid company that runs off a client for a few dollars and then risks the comments going on the internet.
Beware of Inferior Product:
I purchased essential oils from this company and found the product inferior to all the other oils I have purchased. When I called to express my displeasure with their product I was told it could not be returned because I had used it.
How else would I have known the product was inferior?
I was told by their "Customer Service Manager" that if I didn't like the product, 'Just don't buy it again".
I was astonished at the lack of customer focus and just plain decency. Appalled how this company can stay in business.
