I am 87 years old and tried a FREE TRIAL for face cream.....well I have been charged monthly for a workout pill, and lately a testosterone bottle supprt! I have sent back four bottles of CRAP they have sent me and this is such a SCAM but cannot find a phone number to call! I will have to cancel my credit card but my daughter says I have been SCAMMED! It isn't even the same product each month! I want a phone number as they are taking advantage of my age and know without phone number cannot do anything!! Please take them out of business!

Ordered skin cream and eye serum. Was free and I just paid postage. I was charged the postage fee on by charge card bill received in J anuary. On my February bill I have a $89.92 charge for skin cream and a $84.95 charge for eye serum. I just received the skin cream today and am sending it back as I did not order it. Have not received any eye serum. Have not authorized my card to be used for further purchases. I have called my bank. The phone number the bank and I have for this company does not work.

I had subscribed to receive 1 bottle of VitaLuminence and 1 of Regenelift as a gift for an aging aunt who always took pride in her looks in May of 2016. Sadly, she passed away in August, 2016. I cancelled the service by calling the "contact us" number that I had saved and printed from the initial order, knowing that contact information can mysteriously disappear... After calling in September, I was GUARANTEED that all shipments would be terminated. I followed up with an email (also retained from initial order.) Realizing I would probably receive a September order, how surprised I was when both October and November were delivered, as well!

I had initially contacted my bank before contacting the offending company. The bank's representative advised me to try to clear it with the vendor first. So, I did. These are not light monetary hits, people! Each month $200+ is removed from my bank account for unwanted/unused products. I am on Social Security, and $200 could go a L-O-N-G way! Again, sadly, while cleaning out my aunt's personal possessions, none of the products were even opened. So I sit with 7 months of worthless product AND a $1400 bank deficit. This reminds me of a marriage: easy to get into, but hard to get out!

I saw their ad on Facebook and signed up for the free trial. I receive a container of the product. It is okay, nothing great. I thought I canceled the auto ship, but evidently my request was ignored. Three months after rreceiving my initial product I received a smaller product. It was then that I noticed monthly charges on my Master Card bill -- $97 each month for 3 monhts. EEK! I called the toll free number to cancel the auto pay and to complain that I was billed for 3 shipments but only received two of them. The customer service agent was completely unresponsive. She just kept reading the rules of the program to me and indicating that "the 3 products were shipped on August 28, October 3, and Novemeber 2." I asked if they were insured. She said "You did not sign up for insurance." That's interesting, since I never received anything in writing from this company. They also do not even have tracking numbers for the shipments they make.

I have wasted $300 on this scam, and I am furious.

Can someone please help. I purchased what I thought was a one time product sample. Now, I have 2 face lotions billed & shipped to me monthly with no information other than a return address PO BOX. I want to stop it but cannot find any information out about the company. The lotions are terrible also making this situation that much worse. The company name is: Vita Lumanance and the address is: PO BOx 35368 St. Petersburg, FL 33705. This is the only information I have. Thank you!!

Keep sending products I didn't order and charging my credit card without authorization. There is no way to reach the company. They only list a PO Box and have not responded to letters.

  • Oct 1, 2016

SHORT AND SOUR... THIS COMPANY ATTRACTED MANY PEOPLE TO TRY THIS FACE CREAM FOR FREE WITH SHIPPING AND THEN CONTINUE TO SHIP ON AUTOSHIP THERE IS NO NAME ONLY A P.O. BOX AND I NOW HAVE TO GO THROUGH MY CREDIT CARDS AND DISPUTE. THERE IS A PACKAGING SLIP WITH NO RETURN ADDRESS OR NAME. THIS COULD BE A SCAM TO GET INTO CREDIT CARD NUMBERS

Order a trial over phone with the customer service who speaks poor english. Called to cancel on the day they are going to send me new product after the trial. Even I told them to hold the product ( hasn't been sent out) but they stil sent and charged me every month. The price for the bottle of cream is over $90. From that point I have to say it is way over valued. The purpose of the trial is just a trap to lure customer in to make insane profit if you fail to cancel in 14 days.

If you want to try out this product, make sure to call to cancel on time and with a confirmation no. Because they are not going to provide you the phone transcript of what they talked to you over phone.

I ordered one face cream (trial) for $4.99, it arrived with no other paperwork enclosed. I returned the package. I then checked my credit card and found two more items had been charged, both for high 90s in price. Today I received another and opened it to find a bottle for eye cream and no paperwork enclosed. I am returning this item and hope I can get a credit.

I contacted the company and spoke with a man that could hardly speak english. He said I had not cancelled within 14 days as the offer instructed. I told him there was no paperwork included. He basically told me that even though I had returned the item I still owed for the product. I told him I did not even open the product and returned it. He said he could cancel further orders but could do nothing on the ones I returned. So now I am going to return the one received today and guess I will be out about $300.00.

If anyone has a suggestion on how to stop this, please let me know.

There was an offer online to try this anti wrinkle cream and eye serum. Shortly after, they charged me two separate fees of $97.81 and $92.53 simutaneously.

This is a low grade product feeding off of womens desire to have youthful skin. I thought I ordered a sample online that was under $10-12. Turned out its a subscription for automatically sent products that are almost $100 a piece. The customer help is very limited and complicated, with all blame on the consumer for not reading the "terms and conditions". Never is the option to return unused unwanted products.

The GOOD NEWS! I called my credit card company to dispute and they are going after them direct, taking off all charges. I have Mileage Plus United and have excellent credit. Also this is my first dispute ever. Anyway I was very happy that the representative said he would battle it, take off all charges and block this company in the future!! I wont do any online product beauty hype again! Lesson learned and hooray I got my money back!

Bought trial off TV ad through phone call for $4.95. Had 14 day trial period. Received box with no documentation, paperwork or return information inside or on package 10 days after order. Day 4 - got billed almost $200 - no 14 day trial. Since bought over phone and no documentation or return address on box or inside, did not even know who to contact. Did not get info until the next month credit card statement where almost $200 had been charged again. Total fraud. I'm filing complaint with Attorney General's office in TX. They said they would reimburse 15%, then 50%, then 70%, then 100%, but have not yet. Do Not Buy! Complete fraudulent advertising. They also scam teeth whitening and other products from same location in Nevada. LinkedIn shows them as "distributors" - aka scumbags.

I saw this ad on the internet about a product that helps smooth wrinkles from your face. Said only cost $2.95 for a 30 day sample. If you wanted to cancel before being charge the full amount for the product, you had to cancel within 14 days from purchase. First off, I did not get product until the 14 days were nearly up so could not even try the product. When I looked at my credit card statement, they had not only charged me the $2.95 for the sample, but they also charged me an additional $1.99 under a different company name. When I called to refute the charge, they said there was nothing they could do about it - basically tough luck. If I wanted the product I could pay the $97.00 for the product they sent me ????? I immediately cancelled the order, which they said I had to return it to them (This was not stated as part of the deal when I ordered the sample). I also contacted my credit card company.

Placed sample order and was aware of a trial period of 14 days. I ordered on the 1st of July and it arrived on the 13th. They shipped it on the 4th but it was not delivered till the 13th so you don't have time to us the produt and see the effects.

Then they automatically bill you on the 15th day enven after I e-mailed them that the delivery was extremely late and that if they did not respond to my e-mail they agreed on extending the trial period. Of course they never responded.

I cancelled via the website on the 16th nd that is still in the 14 day delivery period from shipping date. My cancellation was accepted but I was still charged the full amount on the 17th.

When I called them they stated that the delivery time was included in the trialperiod. Unbelievable! They will only give me back 15% of the original amount. Let's see when this happens. Unless you want to get ripped off, do not order from them!

Vita Luminance's products seemed to be a magical cream that would vanish wrinkles and bags under your eyes! After ordering 3 products and receiving them all in the mail from the FREE TRIAL, I was really surprised to find that these "magical creams" DIDN'T vanish anything. PLUS they charged me that month of $97, $92, & $97. THEN after canceling my subscription, they then charged me for the next month of $92 & $97! My husband and I were LIVID! Please do not order from this company they will not return your money, they will not let you speak to a supervisor even if they say they will have one call you. This is a very deceitful company please be cautious if you decide to order from them!

Everyday, i glance through the yahoo news to see if there is anything interesting news to read. I always see the vita luminance anti aging cream with all these beautiful results and fake testimonies. Of course, i didn't know and i became a victim of curiosity. It's only 4.95 to try. It's affortable, so i clicked and noticed that i have to pay another 1.99 to insure the product which wasn't listed as part of the $4.95. I was hestitated but it was only $1.99, together it was about $6.94, not too bad. I received the product within 3days and never used it. There was and is nothing listed about 14days trial and buyer must pay for the received product on the adverstising that listed on yahoo page. Who would think the company will charge an additional $97.81 for the same product they sent for me to try. I was notified of charge by my bank. When i order the trial, i received a fraud alert from my bank asking me if i made the transation. I should have stop then. My bank should have a reason to alert me about this company. I called the company to cancel and they said i'm still be billed for that amount. I told them that i don't want their product and can send the whole brand new bottle back to them. They said that they don't accept returned product and offer a refund of 25%, i disagreed, 50% i disagree, 75% i disgree and finally a full refund minus $9.99 for restocking fee.

There was an advertisement on Facebook stating that this product was endorsed by Dr. Oz it was only $4.99 for shipping and you would receive a free month supply. I ordered it and received an order confirmation for $1.99 and $9.90 shipping which was more than the original price. Two weeks later there was a debit from my checking account for $97.81. I e-mailed them several times with no response.

I ordered one trial offer of VitaLuminance for $4.95. When I looked at my bank account they had charged me $4.95 twice plus $1.99 shipping for a total of $11.89. The second $4.95 was for a serum they had added to my order without my knowledge. I called just fifteen hours after placing the order to cancel the entire order/process and was told it had already shipped and couldn't be cancelled. That was an outright lie since I received a shipping notification two days later. I was told that they could not refund the $11.89 because that amount is billed as (listed on the invoice as) shipping which is not refundable. I did get two RMAs so I could return the products; however, they will not pay for return postage and even with the product returned will not refund the $11.89.

This company put an ad through a survey done for walgreens. I was to answer a survey for walgreens and then was offered numerous product free but pay shipping.

vitaluminance face cream is the product I chose.I was suppose to pay 4.85 for shipping.

after ordering I noticed the continuance program they entered me in so I called to tell them I did not want this.

the person I spoke to was rude but explained that I could wait 14 days and call and cancel.I did this and then saw the charge for 97.81 on my bank account.

I called them and they said I was suppose to send back product . This was never told to me!! This was a ripoff through walgreens who I assume is not aware of this scam! Also their product is no good. I would never pay 97 dollars for face cream as I am retired and on fixed income.

  • May 6, 2016

I requested the free trial of Vita Luminance and I paid the shipping charge of $4.95. I tried the cream and it was nothing special. Never did I ever consent to a charge to continue receiving the product and was charged almost $100 for the full size product. I have called and left a message and emailed them three times with no response whatsoever to discontinue services and refund me for the cream they shipped out.

This is horrible customer service and I will have to tell my bank to block them from any other charges.

I ordered two free trail face and eye cremes, just pay the shipping.($4.95 & $1.99) i have only had the cremes for 7 days and they charged my account a total of $190.52. When i called to cancell and ask for refund they told me i couldnt get one.

I live on a fixed income and cant afford $190 in cremes. the are very misleading. i wasnt in town when thay finally did come in the mail. what do I do ???

Scam

I had the same thing happen....I called my credit card company. Call your bank or credit card company and have them not accept any charges from these people, big rip off. Or cancel your credit card and get a new number. Call the numbers given you too and insist on cancelling this and get a cancellation number and an email stating that I was cancelling, that is what I did. I insisted, they did it! Good luck:)
