I'm 34 and of color, I came to Miami on vacation and stayed by the Midtown area. At home, I practice yoga and I'm vegetarian. So I decided to check out Vita Infuse Yourself With Life, Inc., and met with the owner Aleksandra Eifler. I'm not sure if it was because no one showed up, or the place is closed, or simply not open, but Aleksandra Eifler and her peeps kicked me out. She told me to leave, and when I said why, she simply did not respond. I her company, and the "white" people that surround her think they can get away with anyone. It's in a really nice part of Miami, I have never been there before so this was really weird too because Miami is full of people from all different backgrounds. I don't understand why some people are so racist.
Aleksandra Eifler, Owner of Vita Infuse Yourself With Life, Inc., purposefully injured my child and I while practising yoga at her studio located at 3301 NE 1st Ave #110, Miami, FL 33137. While I did not allow her to touch me, she touched me without my consent in trying to aid my yoga practice.
However, even though I did not ask for her assistance, she insisted and as a result, I tore a back ligament and I had to be hospitalized. At the same, my child was at her studio, and suffers from asthma, she experienced an asthma attack because of all of the filthy dust inside the studio.
I complained to Aleksandra Eifler about my back, and she blamed me instead and told me to leave. I then asked for my money back and she denied doing so and told me to "f**k off." Not only was she rude and disrespectful, I was simply trying to get my money's worth.
Later that night, I went to the ER to get my torn ligament treated, and was prescribed pain relievers. In the meantime, my daughter was not feeling well because of the dust, and had to take anti-inflammatory medication in order to relieve her asthma symptoms. I later found out that Aleksandra Eifler does not have the proper licensing to conduct a health fitness studio, and my lawyer cannot do anything about my injuries because there is no one to file a claim against (like her insurance company).
I also found out through my lawyer that she is undocumented to work in the US and the running of her business is illegal; another reason why I cannot sue her for my medical expenses. Aleksandra Eifler is hurting the public, her employees, and defrauding the government, which allows her to get away with these crimes. The only thing I was able to do was simply never go there again - not even Midtown Four Building was able to help!
Terrible place and terrible experience. No wonder she does not accept credit cards and it was only because she is not wanting to be tracked down for working without permission in the US!!!
