Please help me get my money back these two products that I ordered were supposedly free. I am on Social Security and can not afford anything for this kind of product. Let alone what they charged me Basic Beauty Steps $91.79 and Vita Face Cream $89.91. I do not understand how anyone with a conscious can do this to anyone.
I don't know what to do I won't be able to pay all my bills this month if I can't get my money back.
I requested a "14 Day Free Trail" of Allure Face Cream for $4.95. After waiting 7 days of the trial for the product to be received, I received something called Lux Dermatologie. On 5-7-17 I was charged $99.95 for the product.
I contacted the Vita Face Cream company, after going thru my bank to get a phone number since they provide no phone number on any papers or bottles that they send to you. Which I am told is not legal. According to other companies I have talked with, all products MUST by law have a telephone number on the label. The lady I spoke with said there is no way to refund my money unless I return the "Unopened" product. I asked "How are you suppose to try a product if you don't open it?" She coouldn't answer that.
I told her to cancel my account and was offered 50% discount for my next order. I said "No, cancel the account." This company is a scam.
I was buying my usual body moisturizer on Amazon -- at the close I was offered a choice of samples in different skin catagories. I did not look closely and figured it was an ad by Amazon so I clicked the one that sounded interesting, an eye cream called Bella Vita that provided results for sagging eyes. "Sure why not it's free." When I closed the window I received an immediate call from the company approving a $4.95 shipping fee. I said no! Please do not send it to me -- I don't even want to pay shipping. Within the week I receive the product. I think -- "oh well they processed it I'll eat the ship fee." Then a charge of $97.41 appears on my statement. Dang it they got me! I forgot about it until the next month when my account went overdraft. I check my online bank statement and low and behold there is not one but 2 charges on the same date -- again Mooieyecream with a phone # (Mooieyecream 866-611-4719az) I call a few times and the number is "not in service." I looked for a website and no website. I call my bank and report it. I receive the fraud report back from my bank and it says -- "resolved you did purchase the item so charges will be reinstated." NOW I have to call the bank again and say "I did not order this and the phone # is out of service!" I also called Amazon to let them know I recieved this offer while shopping on their website. We'll see what happens ARGH! DO NOT ORDER THE FREE SAMPLE!
I paid $4.95 each for samples of anit-wrinkle cream and eye serum. I didn't realize I was going to be charged almost $100.00 for each of these if I didn't notify they company within 14 days that I didn't want to continue buying these items.
I purchased supposedly FREE samples of Vita Cream and the coordinting Eye Serum for only $4.95 shipping each. This was supposedly endorsed by Dr. Oz. HA!!! They then charged me $43.98 for each sample and sent replacement products thirty days later for over $80.00 each. These products were virtualy useless. I would have had better results using my usual Oil of Olay products for 1/4 of the cost. I used my credit card to pay for the shippng, so they had my information. Supposedly there was a disclaimer at checkout that I had 14 days to cancel, or I would automatically be enrolled in their monthly shipping program and charged these exhorbitant prices. This was not posted on my check-out page. They sent my bank a photocopy of an internet ad for Eye Born, which is not what I ordered, so the charges were added to my credit card again. I now must file another appeal. I refused the second shipment as refused, but they still expect me to pay for it!
