THIS IS A DEMAND TO STOP FALSE BILLING LEONA KING ON CLOSED ATT-DIRECT TV ACCT #158909963.
I HAVE 2 ACCOUNTS WITH ATT CELL PHONE, INTERNET. THIS SHOWS NO CANCELLATION, AS IF I NEVER CALLED TO CANCEL OR SUSPEND SEVERAL TIMES. I AM BEING LIED TO AND IGNORED. STOP FINANCIALLY BULLYING/THREATENING ME IMMEDIATELY.
ALL LAST YEAR 2019 HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY ATT-DIRECT TV only to be blind transferred to the ATT-DIRECT TV termination dept and when I could not be persuaded to not cancel I was charged cable fees for services I never used or received. ( I have not had a TV since I first tried to cancelled, settled for 1st suspension in early 2019).
I am being fincancially BULLIED FOR CANCELLING DIRECT TV. I received a bill for per of Nov, Dec, Jan, for $247.71 due by Jan 12, 2020. Over 2019 I had to suspend my ATT-Direct TV SERVERAL TIMES, because when I would pay the bill in full and try to cancel, I was told serveral times ATT-Direct turns your service back on automatically at the beginning of the month, then told the middle of the month, then told the end of the month.
So, I paid for whatever days ATTDirect TV told me to pay to stop the harrassament of not being able to cancel and save my credit from FALSE CHARGES BY ATT-Direct TV. So I kept suspending my account, until the end of 2019 I cancelled with no bills and a 0.00 ATT-Direct Tv Balance.
Again I received a bill for $247.71 due by Jan 12, 2020. WHY DOES THIS FALSE BILLING KEEP HAPPENING.
And my internet bill went up from $30.83 a month to my present bill of $62.59. WHY? This UNFAIR FINANCIAL BURDEN BY ATT-DIRECT TV, IS CAUSING ME STRESS AND THREATENING MY CREDIT.
FIX THIS UNTRUE BILL DATED DEC 22, 2019 ON ACCT #158909963. ONLY RESPOND BY RETURN EMAIL OR IN WRITING IN REFERENCE TO ACCOUNT #158909963
