I have tried for several months to get them to stop billing me but there is never a response and always a charge. I am working with my CC right now to dispute the last few charges. Their website states "NO REFUNDS,You acknowledge that you will receive no refunds. However, you may cancel membership at any time to end the monthly fee." Yet there is no option to do so and no answers to email and no phone contact info.
