This company puts a lot of pressure to sign up right at the moment. I signed up and regret what I did. They charge $25000.00 to learn how to buy and resale Real Estate but they really don’t. They go word by word on the book. I tried to ask questions and they flat told me to hold my questions till the end of the training. The counselor was not up to par with what Houston has in the Real Estate market.
Do not sign up for this! Keep your money and buy on your own.
