No time was given to try the product since they started the clock when they shipped the product. They would not allow returns saying the time had passed. I called prior to tow weeks and was told I only had eleven days. I only ordered one product but two came. Two charges of $89.95 were on my credit card. This is a RiP OFF product that does not work. I got a free trial of Visalia skin care product through the Internet , then I received an alert from my bank that I was been charged twice for 89.00 dls from Visalia skin care, I colled their number and they tolled me that is the amount they charge after 14 days trail , I did not know that and I asked if it was posible to return the free trail 0.50 oz of a cream and 0.50 oz of serum because it was a lot of money for that product and the answer was no
This companies offers a free sample on Amazon, plus shipping and then starts auto charging you on your credit card $89.95 a month. They get you because you give your credit card information to pay for the shipping and then the star automatically billing your statement. This needs to be disclosed to anybody that takes their "free offer."
My wife ordered via the Facebook Mobile app on iOS. She said that she read all of the terms and conditions carefully, and she’s pretty savvy. Our theory is that the “bad” T&C’s were hidden because the website was intentionally not mobile friendly.
She ordered 2 free samples of a product that was advertised as being from Ivana Trump’s company. There was no e-mail sent, but aside from the initial shipping fee the products were $89.95 and $85.95 for the free trial. We didn’t catch it until the second box arrived @ $94.90 and $91.90 for the second shipment ($362.70 total).
The packing list says the company is Visalia and lists 855-730-5646 / 855-579-9245. When I called their customer service, they were extremely nasty and insulting, and they refused to allow returns, even of unopened product. They offered up to a 75% discount, but only with an agreement to continue the subscription. Any refund or discount was tied to an agreement to continue with purchases. When I finally got irritated and hung up, they called me back and left nasty messages.

They offered a introductory low price and I foolishly believed that Melania Trump had time to do such a thing - there was absolutely no mention of this being a monthly auto payment plan. I have been wondering and also worried if I had been ripped off - YES! Big RIPOFF! My bank statement shows I have been charged almost $300.00 for two bottles of crap - that I did not authorize! There has to be a way to stop criminals like these people! Of course I called their phone number and spoke with a fool that answers the phone and she read her script to me - going around and around in circle that never ends with any satisfaction for the customer. What a sad job to have.

They will claim YOU ORDERED SOME EYE CREAM.... yes EYE CREAM for $180
first they charge your account for shipping and handling, then 14 days AFTER THE CHARGE they will charge you twice $89.
They will tell your bank you ordered products and received a 14 day trial.......HOWWWWW??
My account was charge $4.00 on 04/10/2017 they claimed i received the product 04/17/2017, MY ACCOUNT was charged AGAIN on 04/22/2017 $180....
