The charge 49$ for "helping" you with the application which usually costs 7$ doing it over the official government website.
The layout of the website is a trap, event thogh they display the costs, the design suggests, that the text that holds the payment information ist unimportant and it is super easy to overlook.
I am not sure, if this is fit to European law, the company is located in Barcelona. Can anyone adive me on that? I am only a student and it is a lot of money for me.
They don't send you a reciept and I am now waiting for a reply to my cancellation request. I don't think that I will be able to cancell it, since my visa has allready been approved.
I went into a trap, but hope this report helps others to not commit the same mistake as I did.
Huge scam designed to mislead stressed/non-internet savvy customers.
They have optimised their website to come top of search results and their workflow purposely doesn't tell you how much the services cost (you have to hunt around the website to find that information).
Given the actual government visa form is identical and hassle free, it's unclear what service is being provided for $75 given an actual ETA is only $5.27 and very straightforward to obtain.
