They scammed us once by giving us a virus and than wanted to remove it. Now they are calling for credit card number to give refund because they have had so many complaints. We refused to give them our credit card number and have ask them to stop calling. PROX 20 times They sent a invoice thru e-mail before calling to give us credit to pay. I deleted and blocked. E-mail address this came from was in Iran. [email protected]
I just blocked the last number they have called from. Twice today from. Wanting to give us credit. I told them I was reporting them again. They were calling from 727-474-4076.

SHE GAVE THEM A CHECK AND ROUTING NUMBER. NEXT TIME THEY CALLED I HAD HER TELL THEM THEY WERE A FRAUD AND TO HANG UP. THEY LOCKED US OUT OF COMPUTER AND WAS UNABLE TO USE IT. HAD TO SEND IT OUT TO BE CLEANED UP TO BE ABLE TO USE. WE ARE OUT ANOTHER BILL BECAUSE OF THEM. THIS IS A WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM VIRUS ERASERS THEY ARE NOTHING BUT TROUBLE. WE HAD TO CHANGE ALL PASSWORDS AND BANK ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF THEM. THEY CALLED BACK AND WANTED TO REFUND MY MONEY, BUT THEY WANTED ME BACK ON THE COMPUTER. I TOLD THEM NO WAY. THEY WANTED TO CLEAN UP MY COMPUTER. OF ALL THE NERVE, ESPECIALLY THE EXPENSE WE HAD TO GO THROUGH. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
A blue screen popped up on my laptop in January of 2016 telling me I need to call Microsoft immediately. I called the 1-800 number only to find out it was virus eraser. The tech said they needed to get into my computer to fix the problem. So being in a panic I allowed them access. Eric told me it would be a simple fix and the cost would be 199.00. I paid the 199.00. Eric said it should take an hour. I called back every hour until 11:00pm cst. I spoke with Sammy, Sarah, Nancy, Michael, Sam and Carol. I was told just one more hour. It still wasn't working the next day. I kept calling them every hour still got the run around. Being frustrated I went to the computer repair store by my apt. Explained to them what happen. They told me the company is a scam, to go home unplug the computer and file a police report. I did exactly as the computer store tech said. After I turned off the computer, I received a call from Carol telling me they weren't done yet. I said yes you are and I want my money back. I called the police made a report. Virus Eraser gave me my money back. Starting in October of 2016 I started getting calls from virus eraser that I owed them money for the work they did on my computer. I told them I paid them, the work wasn't completed and your company refunded my money after I filed the police report. The calls were 2 to 3 times per day from different phone numbers. In the early part of February 2017 the phone calls increased sometimes 9-10 times per day. I've blocked the numbers, however they still keep on calling.
I call them that i need it help with my computer but they will not fix it and told me they can't talk to me no more which i never did anything to them so i don't know why they took my money and fix my computer
