They have listed in their website their refund policy is 90 days, I contacted them 3 days later after I noticied that they rebilled me again for the following month which was included in the set up fees in the initial billing.
Fortunately the amount was not huge and I am glad I have not started offering their service to my customers, they refused to refund it. I just want to warn other alarm dealers to be aware of their practice.
