I booked a spot for Saturday 04/09/16 at 4:30pm. I was one of many who intended to go. At the last minute, few people cancelled. I attempted to get a refund 3 days before and was told that I could not have one. Furthermore, the rep stated IF and only IF they can sell my ticket would I be allowed to have a credit. This was cancelled through no fault of my own. I am only one person who can’t do anything if others don’t want to go. How can this company justify keeping my $50 payment. It's not as if I booked an entire room which I started to do and thank God I didn't. They should not be allowed to keep my money if I am not coming. If they can't sell my spot then they wouldn't have anyway. I no longer want to come and don't want a credit. This is poor customer service Misha Suvorov The THEIF!!!!
