I read about this product after making the purchase and was convinced I should not use it. I haven't even received the package yet (due in 3 days) but was being proactive and requested a refund based on the guarantee. I was denied a refund because they stated I had used the product before (about 2 years ago I purchased one bottle) and therefore do not qualify for the refund.
I have argued the issue with them through email, but have not made any headway. According to the last email received there is a "terms and conditions" which I am now aware of that does state reorders do not qualify for the satisfaction refund. True, I should have read further, but the deceptive practice of placing the guarantee on the site in large print without the disclosure regarding reorders is unacceptable. I have gone to my credit card company for assistance and await their response.
