DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICES FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. We purchased a marketing service from Jose Morales (viral trends media) for 3 months of a discounted direct target marketing for our IG account on November 27th for $190.49 with an extended offer for an additional 3 months of service on November 29th for an additional $100. They changed their service in how it performs and it caused us to lose 600+ followers, our account locked and we were unable to comment on any posts, we received major amounts of unrelated spam messages to our notifications, and now this company won’t respond to our email or IG message requests to cut off service and issue us a refund. A month later they still have refused to respond and have not issued us a refund for the week of shotty service we received. We are very unhappy with their service and their inability to deal with a disgruntled client. We have changed the password to our social media account to cut off service from them.
