VipProgrammer.com Reviews

Yong Hui of Vipprogrammer.com in Shenzhen China advertised a piece of key cutting equipment I needed for my business. After first checking various rip-off sites and then having a family member make a smaller successful test purchase, I sent $2350 via Western Union for the purchase. The site didn’t offer the option of paying by credit card for this item.

It was immediately obvious I had made a mistake. The money was picked up within hours but my order status on the vipprogrammer.com website wasn’t updated to reflect the paid status of the order and the promised email confirmation of receipt of funds never arrived. After a couple of days of silence I emailed requesting status and was told “the bank is blocking us from getting the money from WU”. WU verified this was NOT correct, the funds had been picked up by Yong Hui. When confronted with this info, the reply was changed to “the money is OK now, we will be shipping your order in 1-2 days”. The online status of the payment for the order remained “pending” and after 30 days of waiting for a “shipment in 1-2 days” or “we will send it in a week…” I gave up and ordered the equipment from another vendor. I demanded a refund from vipprogrammer.com, and while I have received my order from the alternate vendor, I still have not received a refund or the shipment promised ad nauseum from vipprogrammer.com.

At first I had hoped I was dealing with simple incompetence or the combination of inventory back-order and poor/dishonest customer service. Neither is desirable, but either is preferable to out and out THEFT. It is clear now vipprogrammer.com is in the business of THEFT. This post is to warn both past and potential customers of vipprogrammer.com that a past successful transaction with them is NOT a sign that they won’t steal your money. Their scheme is obviously to use successful smaller purchases to give a false sense of security.

Additionally, I have found a connected website which is uobd2.net
