They take your money and deliver nothing. Can't get a call back to confirm dates, they don't answer their phones, you wait on hold forever, and then when you get an employee, they are rude! we gave the $399 in february and we might as well have flushed it down a toilet. We wouldn't take any trip through them now anyway, we just want a full refund.
Gave them our money in February. They never answer the phones, they don't return your calls, they won't confirm your requested dates, and we are convinced this is a SCAM!! If you like throwing your cash down a toilet, this is a good company to sign up with! We got NOTHING for our $399! Can't even imagine what the trip would be like through them now after the aggravation of no return calls or confirmations. In addition, they are rude when you can get ANYONE on the phone. Don't waste your money here!
zero stars! after lengthy unsolicited telephone conversation, I succumbed to the pressure sales tactics for the 'too good to be true' travel package Donna was selling.. I gave my c/c number and confirmed my information (ignored the little voice inside telling me 'don't do it'!). Then she transferred me to verification step, and I said I changed my mind. In the meantime, I had looked on line and found nothing good being said about this company... so I said no, cancel the transaction... the 'verification fellow' madly said no no let me verify let me verify... then Donna was back on the phone... asking why. So I told her, that I was uncomfortable with the transaction and would like to stop it. She went ballistic! I have never experienced a reaction like hers, ever.. and I am not young! She questioned my understanding of how c/c's work... "you can't be scammed any more because the c/c company won't charge you.." I said there are compalints on Better Business Bureau and your business shows as no-fixed-address. to which she replied "nobody looks at the Better Business Bureau anymore! we don't get reviews, so how can there be bad ones.... there are lots of companies with name VIPguest you must be looking at the wrong one!" and on and on... When I reiterated that I am starting to regret giving her my c/c number... she got angrier "we wouldn't have 3 merchant accounts if we were scammers..." "You Canadians, you should just stay in Canada.. we don't need your $399 here that much ..!" And when I finally said that I simply would like the transaction cancelled she said " (I) have no right to call (them) crooks" - which I never said... and then she told me to "shove my precious c/c up my...." and "have a nice day" . I hung up, and called my bank to cancel the c/c ... how stupid can I be? Moral of the story.... listen to your little voice & if approached unsolicited... DON'T DO IT!
