If you are thinking about purchasing tradelines or doing any type of business with vip tradelines, think again! the guy who runs the show is leo and he is a big joke. I was on the other end of the scheme and the person providing the tradelines.

Here is how it works: you purchase a tradeline and send money to leo’s bank account You will never see that money again). He then tries to pair you with random people who say they are willing to add that person as an authorized user. Your ssn, name, dob then goes to a complete stranger in hopes of them adding you to their cards. If the first go around doesn’t post to your credit report he will scramble and try to get you on another person’s credit card account and the process will repeat and could take months. Forget about a refund because you will never see that.

I provided leo with about 10 tradelines of which he confirmed 5 posted. Payment was around $1,000. He promised me i would be paid half on friday ($500) and half on monday several times. Prior to friday he wouldn’t answer texts, or claimed he was “in meetings” or “out of the office that day”. Everything was fishy from then on.

Friday came and no money. I emailed him asking where the payment was and if this company was legitimate or not. No answer. I text him monday and he got extremely defensive saying “no one is going to pay you for sending stupid emails and now we don’t even want to work with you”. How convenient when i already provided the tradelines and he owes me $1,000. Monday comes around too and no payment. I emailed multiple times for payment with no success and i’ll never see the money.

So the take away is do not even think about doing any kind of business with leo/viptradelines or purchasing any tradelines from him. You will never get a refund if they don’t post because you deposit money right into his bank account.

Chances are the tradelines won’t even have a significant impact to your credit score and all of your most important information is going in the hands of a stranger and no one affiliated with viptradlines. If you are thinking about providing tradelines for leo to sell, also think again because you won’t get paid. He will try and turn the situation on you and claim “he doesn’t want to work with you anymore”.

There are at least 6 other reports on of leo scamming people and plenty of others online. Do your research! don’t waste your time or money. I can’t wait for leo’s defensive response in all caps trying to dismiss this s**t he pulled on me. This guy is a joke and a scammer. I’ve never dealt with anyone as ridiculous as him.

Leo is a scammer

I paid him 1200 to add trade lines and get me access to credit. I ask several times prior to paying what the package entailed. He knows nothing about the business he is in at all. He does not give an solution he insults you, and he blocked me. I ask several times and it seemed like I knew more than him. He is from another country and he is a crook. I want my money back because he did not deliver on the service..... he ask me if I’m on drugs yes I went off....after being calm .... these are the excuses he gives people pay thousands or learn the program and still does not solve any problems I hope he does not get anymore clients he does not deserve for people to trust him it seems like he doesn’t care to fix it...... I’m going to complain and write a review everyday everywhere so other people do not pay this man I’ve attached screenshots too

Leo is a JOKE - Save your money

This guy that goes by Leo is a Joke, big time scammer. He got me for $950 but I was able to get it back through my bank. If you deposited money into his bank account or did a Zelle transfer, call your bank and issue a claim for fraud. Lets put this POS out of business.

It pains me as a former business owner to have to resort to utilizing this method in order to receive the services I paid for or receive a full refund. However, there is no doubt in my mind that Leo deliberately and systematically ripped me off. I see other reports on here stating that they payed this man and had the same things happen. I paid Leo $1650 for a 3 Tradelines package. This was explained to me that all 3 would show up on all 3 reports. 1 would have one year of history 2 would have 3 years of history and 3 would have 5 or above. I received 1 with 1 year history that showed up on trans union and not the other. Then o received 1 with 1 year history that showed up on Experian and none of the others. Nothing showed up on Equifax. To his credit, these lines gave me a 730 score on both bureaus. However, creditors don't see it that way. I've had one company tell me I have a ghost fill and not to call back when attempting to get a loan. That's because you can't have high scores on two and a 4 on the third. It's impossible to have a 4 because the lowest score is a 300. I know enough about credit to know that would happen, but he told me I didn't know what I was saying and to just apply. So I did! He then told me to apply for cards to make it stronger and open a bank account. Those were declined as well with letters that came in the mail not sufficient credit history.

Every time I complained to him I'd have to badger him to answer back or tell him I'd go to authorities in order for him to respond. Before I paid him, he picked up everytime, morning, noon, and night. Even gave me his "personal number". Once I paid him it was "shoe fly, don't bother me"! He promised me that he'd fix the issue with the third trade line and hasn't and he'd never promised they'd show up on all reports and he did promise. He also ran my credit 3 times through his mortgage company three times to see if things had changed for me instead of a sort pull. This has me now with so many inquiries total that Walmart (which is the easiest card to get) declined me. As you can see I kept trying for his sake to make this work in my mind. I told him prior to doing business.

This was my last and I want to help my children have great opportunities in life and it was worth a shot. I have lending companies that'll get you funded for business and/or real estate investments to the tune of $250,000. All they needed was to see specific scores and stated income. No more then 1 inquiries and not the 7 I now have based on what I was guided to do. I need all of my money back asap so I can go another route. There's more to this but I'll hold that info until he responds to this. Depending on how that goes determines what I let out. PS. If you're someone who's doing this to obtain a cell phone contract, or open a bank account, then this may be the guy for you. However, if you have aspirations to do something a lil more in depth then you'll need a strong 3 Tradelines per bureau kinda situation. Then you get a bank credit card secured by your funds teamed with a furniture account to do what I now have to put on hold

If you are thinking of doing business with VIP Tradelines, think again. Had sold my tradeline to Leo at Vip Tradelines and assured that payment would be sent to my account within 10-14 days of sale. Had to chase him for my money, was given one excuse after another...without collecting a dime.

Its a crooked company...steer clear.

DO NOT BUY CPNs or TRADELINES from this COMPANY!!! I purchased a CPN from a guy that goes by the name of LEO with VIP Tradelines. When we first spoke on the phone he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about CPNs and using secondary credit profile numbers to build & re-establish credit. I took my time deciding to purchase from him and didn't have any red flags initially.

He explained to me that his company VIP TRADELINES is an affiliate of LEGAL CPN which has about (4) different affiliate web pages. Although he said he was an affiliate of LEGAL CPN he told me not to work with them. I was reluctant to work with Leo but he made me very comfortable and seemed like a nice person to deal with. I guess no SCAMMER or DECEIVER will let you know who they really are. After going back and forth via text messages for quite some time, his number is 949-501-3252, as well as email: sales at viptradlines.com I finally sent him a payment of $200 . I asked if i could send the payment via Paypal or through some merchant service account so that my purchase would be protected and he said NO. This should have been my first sign of trouble. I wanted so badly to believe this guy wasn't a liar.

To make a very long story short I was told to make a deposit into his Wells Fargo business bank account #******1126 c/or Vip Tradelines LLC, he promised to deliver the CPN within 48 hours. I received it and had it skipped traced (see attached report) I later found out that the number he gave me had been previously issued. When I questioned Leo about it, He became very aggressive and told me that whomever I had to run his CPN numbers to do business with him that he no longer cared to do business with me. He got completely aggressive and defensive when I asked him for proof that this was a solid CPN. Luckily I DID NOT pay him any additional monies for the TRADELINES he offered. Yes I am out of $200 and learned a valuable lesson not to put money directly into someone's bank account EVER!!!! But I will be making a complaint with The BBB and FTC also. With his bank account information maybe they can find out who this person is as I am sure I am not the only one he's lied too.
