I honestly dont know how this place has so many 5 star reviews. They must compensate the customers or get there friends to write these fake reviews! i have tried to give this place a chance for more than a year (spending $100's every time i stop in) but this last stop was the last straw that broke the camel's back.
i have had my saltwater aquarium for more than 10 years and every time i buy a fish from here its either dies within 24-72, is sick, has internal disease's, and so forth. (which have been confirmed from other shops) i have never had this problem with any aquarium shop in the entire miami, fl except this one...! no its not my water, nor my filters, sumps or skimmers (i have the best and most expensive and pay for maintenance on my aquarium monthly).
These people will make it seem like its your tank that is causing the fish to die and i can tell you right now that is b.
s. thats what they tell you so you cant do a chargeback or make you think its you and not them. i can only conclude 2 things: 1 they buy cheap fish to make a profit, or 2: there tanks are not up to par and there fishes get sick. there's no explanation how the fish i continuously buy from here are always dying or sick.
It has taken me a year to finaly sit down and write them a negative review. yes the place looks nice and there very friendly, but only because they need to sell a fish that will either die or be sick. they dont care for the saftey of the fish they only care about the end of the day sales. in other words, they'll sell you a fish knowing that it will die just to make $100 rather then saying no and saving the fish. a true sales tactic technique these people have...!
Lets just say even if they gave you a "free fish" expect it to die with 24-72 hrs or be sick. i would strongly encourage anyone that wants a healthy fish that will be well worth your money to go these places: aquarium depot, exotic aquariums, & strictly fish. their fish are worth every penny! you can go online liveaquaria. i will also be writing a negative on other platforms to ensure that my review is well read and aware...! i will never go back to this place, not even if they offered me a free fish! bad fishes and a total waste of time, needless to say the poor life of the fishes......!
