So, I ordered the Night Vision HD glasses, thinking they were selling two pairs for $29.95. The ad said buy one, get one free. In the cart, the total showed the price for one pair, and an unknown shipping and handling charge. It had an "estimated" charge with an asterisk, but I assumed there would be a confirmation page with the total charge. There was not and the purchase went through immediately for a total of $59.90. I immediately (within five minutes), sent out an email canceling the order and a membership that they automatically signed me up for without my consent. They replied stating that the order had already gone through and they could not cancel it. This is contrary to their stated terms that allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Note: I canceled within five minutes of placing my order. I was still charged and assumed the night vision glasses would be shipped to me anyway. I never received them, but also never received a refund. I just emailed them again and they said they could not process my refund. I called them and they agreed to the refund because I never received the product (not because I canceled my order initially). I am still waiting on finding out if they will actually process this refund. Regardless, this company has been intentionally unhelpful and duplicitous. Even if they finally process my refund (waiting 6 months now), they do not deserve anyone's business because they refused to follow their own policies and lied throughout the process.
Ordered a backpack on 2-11-18 and in April 2018 I called to asked where it was and they told me since it did not ship when scheduled I would get a refund and I could reorder the item. Seriously reorder it...umm nope I asked for refund. I have called 4 times since Aporil and each time I was told to call back in 2 weeks they are working on it. Also when I first ordered it it said buy one get on free which wasn't the case as I got charged for two.
Feb 3, I ordered the Night Vision HD glasses. They took the payment the same day BEFORE EVEN SENDING THE PRODUCT. In May, I realized that I still had not received the glasses.
May 15, I dug up the email and called VIP and they said they ran out of them and there would be no more coming (even tho their ads are still online for the glasses). Said they would issue me a refund and sent me an email at 10:23 pm saying that they had done so.
May 31 - still no refund so I called again. They said they had issued it so now needed to investigate it even tho my bank said they found no refund, no attempts, and nothing indicating they returned or refused anything incoming. Said it would take 3 - 7 biz days but she would send an email asking that it be a priority case.
June 6 - no refund so I called and talked to a floor supervisor in customer service. Said investigation can take 1 - 2 weeks (not 3-7 days) and could not give me anything to show my bank, I could not talk to billing, and I could not talk to the investigators. She said she could not even get me a status report on the investigation. Said she would send another [useless] email asking that the investigation be a priority case.
I will be shocked if I ever see the refund. I'm also thinking it's illegal (but not sure) to take the payment before sending the product or if the product is not in stock.
In January 2018, I ordered two pair of HD sunglasses that were advertised as buy two for the price of one ($29.95 for one pair). I noticed on the email confirmation that (1) they charged me for two pair ($59.90), and (2) they tried to sign me up for a subscription to their "member store" for a monthly fee, without any previous alert about this and without my permission to do this.
I contacted them on the next business day, and informed them that (1) they overcharged me, and (2) that I have no interest in being a member of their online store. This took awhile, but they agreed to take my name off their member list, and that they would refund me the $29.95 overcharge. They said I would receive the glasses in about 8 weeks (which of course is ridiculously slow). They DID refund the $29.95 overcharge.
It is now about 16 weeks, and I have not received any glasses, nor any updates of delivery, or any other communication. I have emailed them, telling them to refund me the other $29.95 and have heard nothing back from them.
This place is a scam, and I encourage everyone to steer clear of any promotions they might offer. I had foolishly responded to this ad on Facebook, and will never respond to another ad on FB.
Ordered Night Vision Glasse 01/18/2018, full payment of $59.90 was taken out of my account that very same day, was told it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Started calling them to check on status of delivery on 03/01/201. I was then told on 03/05/2018 I should receive order in about 5 days. Did not receive order after more than 5 days, so contacted them again. At that time I was told that they no longer ship that item through a 3rd party and i would be receiving a refund, that was 03/10/2018, I have received a coulple of emails to that effect.
To date after numerous phone calls there has been no refunds or calls from their billing department as I had been told would happen in several conversations with "support" team.
Purchased the glasses in January from an add that stated buy one and get one free. They charged my account for 2 pair.

Also on Jan 29, 2018 9:45 pm, I received another e-mail, that said I had (unbeknownst to me) signed up for a subscription and they would charge the payment card on file the membership price of $6.98 every month. Charges of $59.90 and $4.95 quickly appeared on my credit card on 1/31/18. I received 2 more "Order Confirmation" e-mails. THEN on Jan 31, 2018 3:10 pm I received an e-mail stating "CANCEL BY FEB 17, 2018=>VIP Member Store Free Shipping Club Order Confirmation #1525781" and I called soon thereafter to cancel that membership. Approximately 2/26/18 I called to ask about the status of my orders -- I was told they were in process of being shipped. [[ THEN I was unable to track activity for 3 weeks, as my husband was sent to an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) 180 miles away. ]] Upon returning, NO delivery from VIP Store had ever been received, so I called to ask about the status? I was told that my order had been canceled, so I asked for a REFUND of the charges to my Credit Card. on Apr 8, 2018 4:25 pm, I got an e-mail stating informing me that they had "refunded the amount of $4.95 back to your payment method originally used on order number 1525786" <==That was the shipping charge for the Cleaner Pen ONLY! So on Apr 10, 2018 3:47 pm, I sent an e-mail asking "What about the REFUND for Order Confirmation #1525780 in the amount of $59.90??? (originally purchased on 1/29/18)".
On May 2, 2018 1:51 pm I sent an e-mail "I was sent a 4/29/18 e-mail from your company stating a Refund for $4.95 for Order #1525786 was issued <== But, there is no record of it in my BofA Transactions. Nor, has there been a Refund of $59.90 for Order #1525780 for 2 pair of Night Vision HD glasses. Who do I need to contact to get this refund issued once and for all?! I hope I don't have to contact the "Better Business Bureau" about your blatant disregard of this refund issue." THEN, on May 8, 2018 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and got a "submission" confirmation e-mail from the BBB. Sadly, on May 10, 2018 1:02 pm, I got a return e-mail stating "your complaint was found to contain insufficient information for us to process" ... WOW! What more can I do when even the BBB won't help me?! Also, the Bank of America Dispute Dept won't dispute the charges/transactions, as it's been over 60 days ~~~ SHOOT! I give up!! I'm going to try re-entering a BBB Complaint with all of the above factual data. Maybe I'll finally get something in my favor.
On Jan 7th placed order for HDnight vision glasses. Was suppose to get 2 pair for 29.95. Ended up getting charged 59.90. After 8 weeks and 3 phones asking where my glasses were they canceled my order. Sent me email saying refund was issued. Never got it. 4 phine calls later 6 weeks later still no refund no saying there is issue with processing center issue refunds...no need to keep calling just keep eye on statement watching for refund. Talk to Andi the customer service supervisor and she would not give me any further info or contact info for me to check into it further.
On 1/14/2018 I order 2 pairs of HD Night Vision Glasses for $ 59.95. After several weeks of waiting on the glasses, I called the phone number on my credit card bill and was told they were coming from China and so popular that were having a difficult time filling all the orders.
That was bad enough but next I noticed a recurring charge on my credit card for $ 8.95 under the heading "luxury store." When I called that number I was told that when I had ordered the night vision glasses, I had joined a "VIP Store" which provides free postage for members. This was outrageous for I have no recollection of joining such a club.
The man who answered the telephone number listed under the "luxury store" told me they were sold out of the night vision glasses and that he would be happy to refund my $ 59.95. He also said i could cancel the membership to the VIP Member Store and would receive no further charges!
This whole experience has left me so angry. Those people are literally robbing people of their hard earned money. I will cancel my credit card if I receive another fraudulent charge from them
I ordered these HD Night Vision Glasses through a Facebook ad. They were advertised as Buy one pair for $29.99 and get one pair free. As soon as I ordered, I saw I was charged $59.99 so I called. They immediately issued me a credit for $29.99. Then I waited for 6 weeks and glasses never came. I called them and they said they would just cancel the order & issue a refund. I got emails saying it was canceled and a refund was issued. I kept checking my charge card statement and no refund ever showed up. I would call them and they would tell me a refund was issued. When I said I didn't have it they would say they will "pass my concern up to management" who would call me back within 24 hours. No phone call ever came.
So I would email their support email and I would get a response that a refund was issued. When I would say I didn't have it, they would "forward my concern to billing". This cycle has happened now 3 times.
Basically this is a SCAM and you just get the run around. I was never told about becoming a member of their store and I was never charged any membership fee - thank goodness for that small blessing.

On the 19th of february i received a mail from DHL stating that included in that mail is my shipping documents but the address is incomplete. i did check the details again but it was right, all my parcels get delivered there. I could not open it, it was in a format that i did not know. Tried to phone the tel. nrs on the mail. No response. Phoned my local DHL to see if they can not locate my parcel. Said they could not if I cant give shipping doc details. Took my computer to our local computer shop to load a program to open the documents. They said they suspect that it contains a virus and cant open it.

On march 14 asked - where is my refund for which I just received an email saying order cancelled. on March 21 got the runa round that order was refunded to my bank on Feb 26. I ordered the backpack from a facebook ad. I waited 6 weeks as they told me it'd take up to 6 weeks to get the product. I just called them and they said: "Oh, yeah, that product is no longer available - we'll issue a refund". Got the refund email, but still waiting for it to be "processed". I hope I don't have the same situation as the previous reviewer in getting the money back. Also, I just checked their website and the backpack is still advertised there. I think these people are just scammers getting buyers to give them money and expecting people to either forget or not complain because they didn't get the product.
Saw ad on Facebook - "Last Day Today, buy 1 pair night vision HD glasses for $29.95, get 1 pair free". Proceeded to purchase them.Processed my credit card payment immediately, without a chance to review. Immediately was charged $59.90. As I have difficulty driving at night I didn't immediately cancel.
I did more research on the internet and discovered this company to be a rip off and scam company. Their terms and conditions state that the order would be shipped within 1-3 business days and a confirmation would be sent. I did not receive any confirmation, and I hadn't heard anything in over 2 weeks. As I smelled a rat I e-mailed the company and cancelled the order. I got a confirmation e-mail that the order had been cancelled. I then got 2 separate e-mails from 2 different people at customer service stating that $29.95 would be refunded back to my credit card withing 3 to 7 business days. These 2 e-mails were dated February 26th and February 27th, 2018. As I had not received the refunds, I e-mailed customer support again on March 19/2019. They replied that their records showed that the money was already refunded.
I checked with my credit card company and they have no record of the refunds. I am now in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card. Further e-mails to customer support are treated with contempt by them and immediately returned to me with no comments or explanation.
I warn anybody not to do business with this company and seek any and all recource to cancel and get your money back.
In November 2017 I ordered the HD glasses. I was to receive 2 for 1 price. They charged me for 2 pairs and signed me up for an undesired membership. I never received the glasses. I have called twice and emailed 3X. I cancelled the "membership". I never received the glasses or the promised refund and continue to have the membership taken from my credit card.
I ordered the night vision glasses online on Jan 4, 2018. I received 3 different e-mails about my order. They seemed legitimte. After several days, I called to find out the status of my order and how long it was going to take. They said it could take many weeks. One of the times I called, they told me that my glasses were at the post office in Nachitoches and that I would receive them any day. I never got the glasses. By Feb 22nd, I had waited long enough and asked for a refund. On January 16, 2018 I ordered Night Vision Glasses from VIP Member Store. The special sale was buy one $29.95 and 2nd pair free. Prompt delivery no more than 4-6 weeks. On 1-28-18 I placed an order on line and paid by credit card. For some reason they were not able to ship the merchandise to my location. I cancelled the order and received email confirmation from the company that my credit card would be refunded in 3-7 business days. That was on 2-24-2018. It has now been 10 full business days and I have yet to receive the refund.

I placed order for backpacks for my son in law for Christmas. Product never arrived! It has been 9 weeks and no backpacks! I have called multiple times, long holds and extremely poor customer service. Promised contact from customer service to assist and they never call or email. I am still trying to get a resolution and feel this company is not honorable in their business operations. I intend to file any complaint I can to let people know about this poor customer service and failure to send product. Buyer be very aware!
I bought some night vision goggles from this site around Christmas.
A few months later, I noticed that a mysterious charge for $6.98 was showing up on my credit card bill. When I called the number with the charge, they informed me that I had been enrolled in a monthly membership subscription to their online site that gave me discounts on their products.
I did NOT enroll in that membership and unless I had noticed it on the credit card bill, they would have kept charging me indefinitely.

I received an email stateing that I would have 24 hours from the time of the email to cancel. It said to cancel just reply to that email. I hit reply and I received a message that email was undeliverable. I tried calling the phone number and message said that the number was not set up to receive calls.
Can't even get a hold of them to cancel. I will keep an eye on my credit card for a charge of $59.90. This is what they are charging me for 2 pair of HD sunglasses (night vision). I should have checked first to see if they were legal. It's a shame. I really could have used glasses like that. I doubt if the even worked the way they were discribed.
VIP Member Store advertised on Facebook for 2 pair of sunglasses for $29.99 but when I received the invoice via email they charged my credit card for $59.99. Within 15 minutes of placing the order I both called and emailed them to either honor the advertised price or cancel the order. I received a return email stating that the order had been cancelled completely. Then I received the glasses anyway without any kind of paperwork. I returned the classes in the original box unopened and called to demand a refund. They told me I should have called first for the return policy and have never put the money back on my credit card. Now they are outright refusing to refund the money.
On Dec 2, 2017 i ordered a pair of the Anti-theft USB charging Backpacks from this vendor for Christmas Gifts. After the order went 6through and I was charged to my card I receive a notice that delivery may be 2 to 5 weeks, Possibly even 8 weeks. we are now at 11+ weeks with No product, loss of funds and no real explanation.
in the time since, I have received NO phone call to apologize or give explanation, have only received a periodic email that someone else in the company has been advised and that something will happen. calling their numbers and get to sit on hold while nobody answers.
I plan to begin process in court in the near future.
First, I ordered a "two for the price of one" deal on "night vision" glasses. They charged full price. Then I discovered the fine print had signed me up for monthly membership fee. I discovered this when trying to cancel the order after it hadn't arrived after more than 2 months. Emailing got responses after a week or so each time.
After I called and spoke to someone, they agreed to refund half the price, cancel the membership, and refund the monthly fees I'd been charged. I received emails stating the refunds had been carried out but to date there's no evidence on my credit card online and up-to-date statements that it has happened. So far no response to my inquiry as to why.
I note that others have complained about phony two for one deals. It seems they hope customers don't notice. Same with the surreptitious "membership fees."
I ordered a pair of night driving glasses for 29.95 dollars with a second pair promised free. The advertising on their site says that the order can be cancelled within a 24 hour time frame. I was surprised to receive a bill for 59.9 dollars and immediately cancelled my order with them. As there is a recurring fee for membership to this store, I have had to cancel my credit card, which is most inconvienent.

Beware of viomemberstore.com I ordered flashlights on November 11th 2017 and didn’t get them. Originally on MSN it said buy one get one free $29.95 I was charged double. I called and they credited my account so I was only charged $29.95. After 3 weeks I called they said allow 5 weeks. I called at 5 weeks they said 8 weeks. At this point I wanted to talk to a supervisor they said they don’t have one and I could only speak to the person I was on the phone with. I called again at week 6 they said they would contact shipping and get back to me because it was shipped but couldn’t provide a tracking number. At this point I was charged $7.95 on my bank card and $.07 for a international charge. My bank cleared that for me and canceled my card and issued me a new card. At week 8 I called they said they will talk to shipping I said I would hold they came back on and said they will email a tracking number when shipping gets back to them. I tried to email 3 times and never get a reply. I tried calling again today and they will not answer.

Today, 1/17/2018, received Fraud Alert from Chase Visa of a charge of $6.98 on my account. Charge was from Great Britain under "Men's and Boy's Clothing" under "ship.info" This apparently is a monthly membership fee, hidden in the order form for the glasses.
Charge declined, credit card automatically cancelled. Chase Visa said they had received MANY complaint reports from VIP customers in the past two months and the Customer Service rep. Buyer beware - a clever scam - the ad. makes the glasses look so necessary and appealing for aging drivers.
I ordered a pair of night driving type eye glasses for $29 or so which was supposed to be for two pair. The order was processed immediatelly for twice the $29 amount. I called them and they said that they would give me a credit. That credit did not happen. A month later I get my bill and there is no credit. I again called them and told them I though they were cheating me and I wanted a refund right now. By this time I also understood that they enrolled me in some buying club for $8 or so per month.
I was forceful in my presentation to them and used the fraud word a number of times and that I was going to roll the charge back to my bank based on fraud. The agent then asked if he could put me on hold. Within one minute I could see that they had sent an email saying there would be a refund and stating the amount both for the eye glasses and the "membership". The guy came back on the phone and I said thanks.
The question will be whether they will actually process the refund.
Takeaway for me was that forcefully and continuously using the fraud word and the threat of rollback with my bank did the trick. We will see.
I ordered some "high tech glasses" and "peepers" glasses cleaner from this company through Publishers clearing house (more on that later) they were in a YouTube video of the most purchased gadgets of 2017. Then I waited, and waited. Christmas came and went, then New Year's. Still waiting on the glasses. Peepers arrived in a squashed envelope from China on January 10th. The box it was in was crammed into an envelope too small for it and surprisingly it wasn't broken. I followed the instructions and attempted to clean my glasses. Nope. Still dirty. This is NOT one of the best gadgets of 2017! (or any other year for that matter) I'm pretty sure it will scratch my glasses, so no way will I use it again. (have you seen what glasses cost these days? You practically need a loan) By the way, I'm still waiting for the glasses. So now it turns out that I've become a "member". I didn't sign up to be a member and if they charge my card, they will be liable for Mail Fraud. No one should EVER BUY ANYTHING from Publisher's Clearing House. They keep telling you you haven't completed the final step to be in their sweepstakes. The TOTALLY suckered me.
They offer Night Vision HD Eye Glasses for $ 29.95 pair and they charge 2 pairs. It has been more than two weeks and I still waiting, there is no way to communicate with this company.
The FaceBook ad showed "HD sunglasses that provide clearer sharper vision day or night, especially while driving. " Special price of $29.95 each.
I ordered 2 pairs, nearly $60. It took nearly 4 weeks for the order to arrive, as they stated it could. That indicates this company is probably in CHINA.
The glasses were OK, with very yellow lenses, and probably worth $8 or so. But the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP FOR $6.98 A MONTH was unacceptable!
That may have been in the fine print on the website confirmation for the product but I did not see it... Soon after the glasses arrived I canceled my unwanted "membership" on Jan 3 by email, as they sugested in emails to me. But, on Jan 8 they charged my credit card for $6.98.
CapitolOne notified me that an International charge from "shipinfo.com" had been made. I had no clue who that was at the time, so I canceled the charge and the card. The company never acknowledged that they received my email to cancel the "club".
I truly wish I found these negative reviews before getting scammed. Firstly, I bought the backpacks and got charged double. I tried to complain but I was always told that someone would contact me within 24-72 hours. Never happened. I tried to get a tracking number but nothing was given. I just got the run around and I think I will never see these items in my mail. I saw the same bag on Amazon for $40, which is why I want to cancel. Speaking of cancelling the receptionist cannot cancel orders as they are a third party call center, and they need to send a notice to corporate to cancel. I've filed a fraud report with my financial institution.
I was charged for these items including a monthly fee but never received the items. I emailed to cancel my monthly fee immediately after my order, but this was never canceled. I was charged, but upon calling, I was issued a refund for the monthly fee.
After several phone calls & emails to the company to ask where my items were or inquiring about a refund, I was told that they couldn't provide me with a direct number to the shipping department, and my issue would be send to the shipping department &/or "upper management." No names or phone numbers were provided, but they said they were located in the same CA office.
First, they offered me a 50% refund on several occasions which was never given. In addition, they said they would re-order the items. Then, they said they'd cancel the items, and I was offered a 100% refund which was never given after countless phone calls to their main number. They also said that someone would call me back within 24 hours (on numerous occasions) which never happened.
I ordered two Alonefire delux flashlights for the price of one $29.99. The internet deal stated both lights were rechargable with cords and cases. The total prise was $59.99 I waited 54 days for USPS to deliver. When the lights arrived on 01/04/2018 the lights were not what I ordered. The price of the two lighte from China, showed on the shipping package the lights were priced at $5.00 apiece. VIP stores was selling the flash lights on line Nov.11,2017. I called customer service on 01/04/2018 at 1-800-553- 7257 and complained. They informed that those were the flashlights that I had ordered.
Saw a buy one get one for HD glasses on Yahoo. Placed an order 12/22@ 8:09 and then noticed I was being charged for two pairs. I then recieved an email stating several points and one point states you may cancel your order within 24 hours just respond to this email. I resonded to the email 12/22@ 3:42 but at the bottom in fine print it says please do not respond to this email and then at the bottom you see your have actually enrolled in a club and there is a montly fee. This is not stated up front. I called to cancel explaining I responed to the email but at the bottom it states do not respond to this email. First I was told 24 hours had passed. I stated I did what they told me so then was offered the two for one. I said no,I responed to your email,its not my problem you state to respond if you want to cancell and its not the correct email. after haggling,I recieved an email all future charges will be cancelled. Recieved another one stateing my 59.90 was refunded. I have not seen this refund.
Thankfully, I didn't buy anything from this company. I noticed a "buy one get one free" deal on their backpack, but after reading the price, I realized it was actually buy one get one at a reduced price. Also, the reviews are fake. You cannot post reviews or upvote/downvote them, they are nonspecific, well written (which is actually extremely uncommon now), and the number of each number of stars (one through five) as well as total number of reviews as another product - see Night Vision HD glasses. There were 349 total reviews on both, 304 five star reviews on both, 25 four star reviews on both, 16 three star reviews on both, 3 two star reviews on both, and 1 one star review on both. This is either an astronomical coincidence or fraud.

called, spoke with rep, explained that I believed this was a scam and to disenroll me. really hard sales pitch. once again said to disenroll me and this smelled like a scam. received email, almost immediately that I was disenrolled and not charged. if i had not carefully read their response, i would have been fraudulently billed.

So, I ordered the Night Vision HD glasses, thinking they were selling two pairs for $29.95. The ad said buy one, get one free. In the cart, the total showed the price for one pair, and an unknown shipping and handling charge. It had an "estimated" charge with an asterisk, but I assumed there would be a confirmation page with the total charge. There was not and the purchase went through immediately for a total of $59.90. I immediately (within five minutes), sent out an email canceling the order and a membership that they automatically signed me up for without my consent. They replied stating that the order had already gone through and they could not cancel it. This is contrary to their stated terms that allow cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Note: I canceled within five minutes of placing my order. I was still charged and assumed the night vision glasses would be shipped to me anyway. I never received them, but also never received a refund. I just emailed them again and they said they could not process my refund. I called them and they agreed to the refund because I never received the product (not because I canceled my order initially). I am still waiting on finding out if they will actually process this refund. Regardless, this company has been intentionally unhelpful and duplicitous. Even if they finally process my refund (waiting 6 months now), they do not deserve anyone's business because they refused to follow their own policies and lied throughout the process.
Ordered a backpack on 2-11-18 and in April 2018 I called to asked where it was and they told me since it did not ship when scheduled I would get a refund and I could reorder the item. Seriously reorder it...umm nope I asked for refund. I have called 4 times since Aporil and each time I was told to call back in 2 weeks they are working on it. Also when I first ordered it it said buy one get on free which wasn't the case as I got charged for two.
Feb 3, I ordered the Night Vision HD glasses. They took the payment the same day BEFORE EVEN SENDING THE PRODUCT. In May, I realized that I still had not received the glasses.
May 15, I dug up the email and called VIP and they said they ran out of them and there would be no more coming (even tho their ads are still online for the glasses). Said they would issue me a refund and sent me an email at 10:23 pm saying that they had done so.
May 31 - still no refund so I called again. They said they had issued it so now needed to investigate it even tho my bank said they found no refund, no attempts, and nothing indicating they returned or refused anything incoming. Said it would take 3 - 7 biz days but she would send an email asking that it be a priority case.
June 6 - no refund so I called and talked to a floor supervisor in customer service. Said investigation can take 1 - 2 weeks (not 3-7 days) and could not give me anything to show my bank, I could not talk to billing, and I could not talk to the investigators. She said she could not even get me a status report on the investigation. Said she would send another [useless] email asking that the investigation be a priority case.
I will be shocked if I ever see the refund. I'm also thinking it's illegal (but not sure) to take the payment before sending the product or if the product is not in stock.
In January 2018, I ordered two pair of HD sunglasses that were advertised as buy two for the price of one ($29.95 for one pair). I noticed on the email confirmation that (1) they charged me for two pair ($59.90), and (2) they tried to sign me up for a subscription to their "member store" for a monthly fee, without any previous alert about this and without my permission to do this.
I contacted them on the next business day, and informed them that (1) they overcharged me, and (2) that I have no interest in being a member of their online store. This took awhile, but they agreed to take my name off their member list, and that they would refund me the $29.95 overcharge. They said I would receive the glasses in about 8 weeks (which of course is ridiculously slow). They DID refund the $29.95 overcharge.
It is now about 16 weeks, and I have not received any glasses, nor any updates of delivery, or any other communication. I have emailed them, telling them to refund me the other $29.95 and have heard nothing back from them.
This place is a scam, and I encourage everyone to steer clear of any promotions they might offer. I had foolishly responded to this ad on Facebook, and will never respond to another ad on FB.
Ordered Night Vision Glasse 01/18/2018, full payment of $59.90 was taken out of my account that very same day, was told it would be up to 8 weeks for delivery.
Started calling them to check on status of delivery on 03/01/201. I was then told on 03/05/2018 I should receive order in about 5 days. Did not receive order after more than 5 days, so contacted them again. At that time I was told that they no longer ship that item through a 3rd party and i would be receiving a refund, that was 03/10/2018, I have received a coulple of emails to that effect.
To date after numerous phone calls there has been no refunds or calls from their billing department as I had been told would happen in several conversations with "support" team.
Purchased the glasses in January from an add that stated buy one and get one free. They charged my account for 2 pair.
I immediately called to cancel the order which had a 6-8 week lead time and they told me that there was no such promo and they could not cancel the order.
It is now May and no glasses.

On 1/29/18 11:45 pm, 2 pair of HD Night Vision Glasses & 1 Carbon Microfiber Lens Cleaner were ordered for $59.90 and $4.95 (shipping charge). Then I received 2 "Order Confirmation" e-mails on Jan 29, 2018 9:45 pm and 9:47 pm. Also on Jan 29, 2018 9:45 pm, I received another e-mail, that said I had (unbeknownst to me) signed up for a subscription and they would charge the payment card on file the membership price of $6.98 every month. Charges of $59.90 and $4.95 quickly appeared on my credit card on 1/31/18. I received 2 more "Order Confirmation" e-mails. THEN on Jan 31, 2018 3:10 pm I received an e-mail stating "CANCEL BY FEB 17, 2018=>VIP Member Store Free Shipping Club Order Confirmation #1525781" and I called soon thereafter to cancel that membership. Approximately 2/26/18 I called to ask about the status of my orders -- I was told they were in process of being shipped. [[ THEN I was unable to track activity for 3 weeks, as my husband was sent to an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) and PCU (Progressive Care Unit) 180 miles away. ]] Upon returning, NO delivery from VIP Store had ever been received, so I called to ask about the status? I was told that my order had been canceled, so I asked for a REFUND of the charges to my Credit Card. on Apr 8, 2018 4:25 pm, I got an e-mail stating informing me that they had "refunded the amount of $4.95 back to your payment method originally used on order number 1525786" <==That was the shipping charge for the Cleaner Pen ONLY! So on Apr 10, 2018 3:47 pm, I sent an e-mail asking "What about the REFUND for Order Confirmation #1525780 in the amount of $59.90??? (originally purchased on 1/29/18)".
On May 2, 2018 1:51 pm I sent an e-mail "I was sent a 4/29/18 e-mail from your company stating a Refund for $4.95 for Order #1525786 was issued <== But, there is no record of it in my BofA Transactions. Nor, has there been a Refund of $59.90 for Order #1525780 for 2 pair of Night Vision HD glasses. Who do I need to contact to get this refund issued once and for all?! I hope I don't have to contact the "Better Business Bureau" about your blatant disregard of this refund issue." THEN, on May 8, 2018 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and got a "submission" confirmation e-mail from the BBB. Sadly, on May 10, 2018 1:02 pm, I got a return e-mail stating "your complaint was found to contain insufficient information for us to process" ... WOW! What more can I do when even the BBB won't help me?! Also, the Bank of America Dispute Dept won't dispute the charges/transactions, as it's been over 60 days ~~~ SHOOT! I give up!! I'm going to try re-entering a BBB Complaint with all of the above factual data. Maybe I'll finally get something in my favor.
On Jan 7th placed order for HDnight vision glasses. Was suppose to get 2 pair for 29.95. Ended up getting charged 59.90. After 8 weeks and 3 phones asking where my glasses were they canceled my order. Sent me email saying refund was issued. Never got it. 4 phine calls later 6 weeks later still no refund no saying there is issue with processing center issue refunds...no need to keep calling just keep eye on statement watching for refund. Talk to Andi the customer service supervisor and she would not give me any further info or contact info for me to check into it further.
On 1/14/2018 I order 2 pairs of HD Night Vision Glasses for $ 59.95. After several weeks of waiting on the glasses, I called the phone number on my credit card bill and was told they were coming from China and so popular that were having a difficult time filling all the orders.
That was bad enough but next I noticed a recurring charge on my credit card for $ 8.95 under the heading "luxury store." When I called that number I was told that when I had ordered the night vision glasses, I had joined a "VIP Store" which provides free postage for members. This was outrageous for I have no recollection of joining such a club.
The man who answered the telephone number listed under the "luxury store" told me they were sold out of the night vision glasses and that he would be happy to refund my $ 59.95. He also said i could cancel the membership to the VIP Member Store and would receive no further charges!
This whole experience has left me so angry. Those people are literally robbing people of their hard earned money. I will cancel my credit card if I receive another fraudulent charge from them
I ordered these HD Night Vision Glasses through a Facebook ad. They were advertised as Buy one pair for $29.99 and get one pair free. As soon as I ordered, I saw I was charged $59.99 so I called. They immediately issued me a credit for $29.99. Then I waited for 6 weeks and glasses never came. I called them and they said they would just cancel the order & issue a refund. I got emails saying it was canceled and a refund was issued. I kept checking my charge card statement and no refund ever showed up. I would call them and they would tell me a refund was issued. When I said I didn't have it they would say they will "pass my concern up to management" who would call me back within 24 hours. No phone call ever came.
So I would email their support email and I would get a response that a refund was issued. When I would say I didn't have it, they would "forward my concern to billing". This cycle has happened now 3 times.
Basically this is a SCAM and you just get the run around. I was never told about becoming a member of their store and I was never charged any membership fee - thank goodness for that small blessing.

Purchased 2 pairs of night vision glasses on Nov 16, 2017. After 2 follow-up emails with responses from Support that said they would look into the matter, but obviously didn't, and the fact that it is now 5 months since I ordered from them, I feel they are an unscrupulous operation.
I have placed a order on 8/2/2018 for grey hari gel. I have paid with my credit card. They then send me a ref nr for my order #1635742. On the 19th of february i received a mail from DHL stating that included in that mail is my shipping documents but the address is incomplete. i did check the details again but it was right, all my parcels get delivered there. I could not open it, it was in a format that i did not know. Tried to phone the tel. nrs on the mail. No response. Phoned my local DHL to see if they can not locate my parcel. Said they could not if I cant give shipping doc details. Took my computer to our local computer shop to load a program to open the documents. They said they suspect that it contains a virus and cant open it.
Since i have placed the order and received mail from DHL I kept on sending mails to vip, but no response at all. I have quite a few mails.
On 17 March I have received a mail stating that I have cancelled the order, the order is now cancelled and my money $39.98 will be paid back to me. Still no payment received. I keep ons sending mails to them. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

They keep telling me the same lame excuse. "Mam, it was refunded, there's nothing we can do." WELL - - first of all they could have charged me the correct amount $29.99 instead of $59.90. Second as a banker, I know a ET doesn't take 21 days. They are just lying through their teeth. Please beware!!
Responded to add buy 1 get 1 free for night vision glasses. Normally $59.00 for just $29.95. Was charged full $59.00. Called VIP and told them about the ad and they refunded $29.95. Never received the glasses after 3 months. Called them again and they said the order was cancelled and would refund the remaining $29.95 they never did. Called them back and they said they refunded it to an account ending in a credit card number I never had. Beware total ripoff.
Advert on FB advertised buy one get one free, $19.95 when they charged my credit card they charged for 2 products $39.90.
I called them and complained, they refunded the $19.95. I waited 7 weeks and the product didn't arrive, so I called them again and emailed them several times.
They couldn't confirm that they had sent the product to me. After numerous calls and emails to them they refuned the full amount I paid and didn't send the product.
I didn't ask for a full refund, I wanted to pay the price advertised $19.95 and receive the product. I am very disappointed with the service I received.
Placed order for backpacks on dec 16 2017. On Feb 15 called them to determine status of order. 'fulfilling" from offshore company - takes longer to get to you. On Feb 28th - told them to cancel order. On march 14 asked - where is my refund for which I just received an email saying order cancelled. on March 21 got the runa round that order was refunded to my bank on Feb 26. These people are scammers in the worst way. Am reporting to US Better Business Bureau.

I ordered the backpack from a facebook ad. I waited 6 weeks as they told me it'd take up to 6 weeks to get the product. I just called them and they said: "Oh, yeah, that product is no longer available - we'll issue a refund". Got the refund email, but still waiting for it to be "processed". I hope I don't have the same situation as the previous reviewer in getting the money back. Also, I just checked their website and the backpack is still advertised there. I think these people are just scammers getting buyers to give them money and expecting people to either forget or not complain because they didn't get the product.
Saw ad on Facebook - "Last Day Today, buy 1 pair night vision HD glasses for $29.95, get 1 pair free". Proceeded to purchase them.Processed my credit card payment immediately, without a chance to review. Immediately was charged $59.90. As I have difficulty driving at night I didn't immediately cancel.
I did more research on the internet and discovered this company to be a rip off and scam company. Their terms and conditions state that the order would be shipped within 1-3 business days and a confirmation would be sent. I did not receive any confirmation, and I hadn't heard anything in over 2 weeks. As I smelled a rat I e-mailed the company and cancelled the order. I got a confirmation e-mail that the order had been cancelled. I then got 2 separate e-mails from 2 different people at customer service stating that $29.95 would be refunded back to my credit card withing 3 to 7 business days. These 2 e-mails were dated February 26th and February 27th, 2018. As I had not received the refunds, I e-mailed customer support again on March 19/2019. They replied that their records showed that the money was already refunded.
I checked with my credit card company and they have no record of the refunds. I am now in the process of disputing the charge on my credit card. Further e-mails to customer support are treated with contempt by them and immediately returned to me with no comments or explanation.
I warn anybody not to do business with this company and seek any and all recource to cancel and get your money back.
In November 2017 I ordered the HD glasses. I was to receive 2 for 1 price. They charged me for 2 pairs and signed me up for an undesired membership. I never received the glasses. I have called twice and emailed 3X. I cancelled the "membership". I never received the glasses or the promised refund and continue to have the membership taken from my credit card.
I ordered the night vision glasses online on Jan 4, 2018. I received 3 different e-mails about my order. They seemed legitimte. After several days, I called to find out the status of my order and how long it was going to take. They said it could take many weeks. One of the times I called, they told me that my glasses were at the post office in Nachitoches and that I would receive them any day. I never got the glasses. By Feb 22nd, I had waited long enough and asked for a refund. I received an e-mail on February 22, 2018 indicating that my order had been cancelled and a refund had been given back to my credit card that day. I actually got around to checking this today, March 16,2018 and there is no refund.
Each time I have spoken to the business, they always told me that they need to refer this to someone else and that they will get back with me. That never happened.
Today, I demanded to speak to a supervisor and I was transferred to the floor supervisor who informed me that they had processed my refund on Feb 22 and that I had received it. I have scoured my bank statement but have not found any refund as of 3/16/18 in the amount of $59.90. She said that she would have to send this to some other department for further investigation. I asked when I should call back and she said to give them another 2 weeks.
Also, today, I read another e-mail from them that indicated that I had signed up for monthly membership at $6.98 a month. I don't dispute that as I may have had to do that to order the glasses. I cancelled that today and hope that I will not be charged again for that.

On January 16, 2018 I ordered Night Vision Glasses from VIP Member Store. The special sale was buy one $29.95 and 2nd pair free. Prompt delivery no more than 4-6 weeks. I was examining my checking acct and noticed they double charged me. Instead of $29.90, I was charged $59.90 so I immediately called them & explained I bought on bogo. After much conversation I was promised a refund of half the money which they did follow thru with. Due to some things said, red flags started to appear.
The person assured me the glassed were already mailed & I should recieve them anytime. 2 weeks later I called back since I still had not recieved them. After several more calls & assurances they were in the mail & now being sent from China so it takes longer. It happens that I had just recieved a package from China & it was only a week ! I started asking for supervisors & again assured they were shipped. My last call was 1st week in March and was told the glasses had been returned because they were broken. When I asked who had returned them since they were never recieved, they told me the distributer in California & my $29.90 was being credited back to my account.
To date I have not recieved either, the glasses nor the refund. I am still calling for my money & refusing to acknowledge anymore lies. Today is March 12th & the issue is still not resolved & I am going to the Atty Generals office & Better Business Bureau to lodge a formal complaint & possible assistance. If you were going to buy the Night Vision Glasses, save your time energy & money ! These people are scammers ! Don't make the same mistake myself & many others have made.
On 1-28-18 I placed an order on line and paid by credit card. For some reason they were not able to ship the merchandise to my location. I cancelled the order and received email confirmation from the company that my credit card would be refunded in 3-7 business days. That was on 2-24-2018. It has now been 10 full business days and I have yet to receive the refund.
This was the most current email today. They keep telling me it has been refunded. FALSE (I have written 4 or 5 emails and keep getting these false answers...

I placed order for backpacks for my son in law for Christmas. Product never arrived! It has been 9 weeks and no backpacks! I have called multiple times, long holds and extremely poor customer service. Promised contact from customer service to assist and they never call or email. I am still trying to get a resolution and feel this company is not honorable in their business operations. I intend to file any complaint I can to let people know about this poor customer service and failure to send product. Buyer be very aware!
I bought some night vision goggles from this site around Christmas.
A few months later, I noticed that a mysterious charge for $6.98 was showing up on my credit card bill. When I called the number with the charge, they informed me that I had been enrolled in a monthly membership subscription to their online site that gave me discounts on their products.
I did NOT enroll in that membership and unless I had noticed it on the credit card bill, they would have kept charging me indefinitely.
Ordered from an add that I had seen where you buy 1 pair of HD sunglasses for $29.95 and get the 2nd pair FREE. These sun glasses sounded really great. They help with your night vision. Help you to see more clearly without the glare of oncoming lights and street lights. Sounds great - doesn't it!
I received an email stateing that I would have 24 hours from the time of the email to cancel. It said to cancel just reply to that email. I hit reply and I received a message that email was undeliverable. I tried calling the phone number and message said that the number was not set up to receive calls.
Can't even get a hold of them to cancel. I will keep an eye on my credit card for a charge of $59.90. This is what they are charging me for 2 pair of HD sunglasses (night vision). I should have checked first to see if they were legal. It's a shame. I really could have used glasses like that. I doubt if the even worked the way they were discribed.
VIP Member Store advertised on Facebook for 2 pair of sunglasses for $29.99 but when I received the invoice via email they charged my credit card for $59.99. Within 15 minutes of placing the order I both called and emailed them to either honor the advertised price or cancel the order. I received a return email stating that the order had been cancelled completely. Then I received the glasses anyway without any kind of paperwork. I returned the classes in the original box unopened and called to demand a refund. They told me I should have called first for the return policy and have never put the money back on my credit card. Now they are outright refusing to refund the money.
On Dec 2, 2017 i ordered a pair of the Anti-theft USB charging Backpacks from this vendor for Christmas Gifts. After the order went 6through and I was charged to my card I receive a notice that delivery may be 2 to 5 weeks, Possibly even 8 weeks. we are now at 11+ weeks with No product, loss of funds and no real explanation.
in the time since, I have received NO phone call to apologize or give explanation, have only received a periodic email that someone else in the company has been advised and that something will happen. calling their numbers and get to sit on hold while nobody answers.
I plan to begin process in court in the near future.
First, I ordered a "two for the price of one" deal on "night vision" glasses. They charged full price. Then I discovered the fine print had signed me up for monthly membership fee. I discovered this when trying to cancel the order after it hadn't arrived after more than 2 months. Emailing got responses after a week or so each time.
After I called and spoke to someone, they agreed to refund half the price, cancel the membership, and refund the monthly fees I'd been charged. I received emails stating the refunds had been carried out but to date there's no evidence on my credit card online and up-to-date statements that it has happened. So far no response to my inquiry as to why.
I note that others have complained about phony two for one deals. It seems they hope customers don't notice. Same with the surreptitious "membership fees."
I ordered a pair of night driving glasses for 29.95 dollars with a second pair promised free. The advertising on their site says that the order can be cancelled within a 24 hour time frame. I was surprised to receive a bill for 59.9 dollars and immediately cancelled my order with them. I have since sent 3 e-mails asking for confirmation of the cancellation and also tried unsuccessfully to reach them by telephone. As there is a recurring fee for membership to this store, I have had to cancel my credit card, which is most inconvienent.
This company are not honest in their advertising, I have today launched a claim with my debit card company for reimbursement
I purchased two pair of HD Sunglasses from them. They billed my credit card $59.90 on November 11 2017. I never received anything from them until I was notified that they were going to bill me mkonthly for a store membership that I never signed up for. I call and asked where my sunglasses were and had a very difficult time trying to decipher what thie lady was saying. But it amounted to I could not get a refund that I would have to wait til I received the glasses and return them for a refund. This was on December 5 2017. I requested that they cancel the membership that I had not asked for at this time. This was supposed to be done with the cancellation number of 779476. I have waited and still not received my glasses. I called the back today Jan 23 2018 and was told they could not find my name or account. after much time again trying to decipher what they were saying they told me to wait till tie glasses got here and return them. I told then no I wanted a refund now. After arguing with them for about 15 minutes they said they would refund me $29.95, I became very angry and insisted that they refund the full amount. After arguing with them for another several minutes they agreed to refund the full amount. I now have to wait to see if they actually do what they said they will although after my experience with them to this point I do not beleive they will refund it.
EVERYONE SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IT IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF, YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM. I DON NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY CAN CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS IN THIS COUNTRY.
Beware of viomemberstore.com I ordered flashlights on November 11th 2017 and didn’t get them. Originally on MSN it said buy one get one free $29.95 I was charged double. I called and they credited my account so I was only charged $29.95. After 3 weeks I called they said allow 5 weeks. I called at 5 weeks they said 8 weeks. At this point I wanted to talk to a supervisor they said they don’t have one and I could only speak to the person I was on the phone with. I called again at week 6 they said they would contact shipping and get back to me because it was shipped but couldn’t provide a tracking number. At this point I was charged $7.95 on my bank card and $.07 for a international charge. My bank cleared that for me and canceled my card and issued me a new card. At week 8 I called they said they will talk to shipping I said I would hold they came back on and said they will email a tracking number when shipping gets back to them. I tried to email 3 times and never get a reply. I tried calling again today and they will not answer.
The internet ad was @29.95 for night vision HD glasses plus a 2nd pair for free. My account was charged $59.95 and I was informed that a 6.95 monthly fee for shipping charges would be charged to my account within 30 days. I decided to cancel order because I did not request monthly shipping and double charged for the glasses advertised for $29.95 according to internet ad on Facebook.

First email was Jan 12. I would like to get my money back and cross this company off any further business as I think it is not a reputale one.
This is a SCAM. There are fake reviews and fake custonmer service email and numers provided. They are destroying the online shopping experience as I am sure there will be no good delivered as there is no further contact possible with this company.
Clever ways to double charge whilst on the screen you are authorisng one amount and they charge another. Serious system manipulation happening in the background.

Today, 1/17/2018, received Fraud Alert from Chase Visa of a charge of $6.98 on my account. Charge was from Great Britain under "Men's and Boy's Clothing" under "ship.info" This apparently is a monthly membership fee, hidden in the order form for the glasses.
Charge declined, credit card automatically cancelled. Chase Visa said they had received MANY complaint reports from VIP customers in the past two months and the Customer Service rep. (Francesca)at Chase said she had seen the Internet Advertisements and had herself thought about bying these glasses !
Buyer beware - a clever scam - the ad. makes the glasses look so necessary and appealing for aging drivers.
I ordered a pair of night driving type eye glasses for $29 or so which was supposed to be for two pair. The order was processed immediatelly for twice the $29 amount. I called them and they said that they would give me a credit. That credit did not happen. A month later I get my bill and there is no credit. I again called them and told them I though they were cheating me and I wanted a refund right now. By this time I also understood that they enrolled me in some buying club for $8 or so per month.
I was forceful in my presentation to them and used the fraud word a number of times and that I was going to roll the charge back to my bank based on fraud. The agent then asked if he could put me on hold. Within one minute I could see that they had sent an email saying there would be a refund and stating the amount both for the eye glasses and the "membership". The guy came back on the phone and I said thanks.
The question will be whether they will actually process the refund.
Takeaway for me was that forcefully and continuously using the fraud word and the threat of rollback with my bank did the trick. We will see.
I ordered some "high tech glasses" and "peepers" glasses cleaner from this company through Publishers clearing house (more on that later) they were in a YouTube video of the most purchased gadgets of 2017. Then I waited, and waited. Christmas came and went, then New Year's. Still waiting on the glasses. Peepers arrived in a squashed envelope from China on January 10th. The box it was in was crammed into an envelope too small for it and surprisingly it wasn't broken. I followed the instructions and attempted to clean my glasses. Nope. Still dirty. This is NOT one of the best gadgets of 2017! (or any other year for that matter) I'm pretty sure it will scratch my glasses, so no way will I use it again. (have you seen what glasses cost these days? You practically need a loan) By the way, I'm still waiting for the glasses. So now it turns out that I've become a "member". I didn't sign up to be a member and if they charge my card, they will be liable for Mail Fraud. No one should EVER BUY ANYTHING from Publisher's Clearing House. They keep telling you you haven't completed the final step to be in their sweepstakes. The TOTALLY suckered me.

I ordered 2 pairs, nearly $60. It took nearly 4 weeks for the order to arrive, as they stated it could. That indicates this company is probably in CHINA.
The glasses were OK, with very yellow lenses, and probably worth $8 or so. But the AUTOMATIC MEMBERSHIP FOR $6.98 A MONTH was unacceptable!
That may have been in the fine print on the website confirmation for the product but I did not see it... Soon after the glasses arrived I canceled my unwanted "membership" on Jan 3 by email, as they sugested in emails to me. But, on Jan 8 they charged my credit card for $6.98.
CapitolOne notified me that an International charge from "shipinfo.com" had been made. I had no clue who that was at the time, so I canceled the charge and the card. The company never acknowledged that they received my email to cancel the "club".
I truly wish I found these negative reviews before getting scammed. Firstly, I bought the backpacks and got charged double. I tried to complain but I was always told that someone would contact me within 24-72 hours. Never happened. I tried to get a tracking number but nothing was given. I just got the run around and I think I will never see these items in my mail. I saw the same bag on Amazon for $40, which is why I want to cancel. Speaking of cancelling the receptionist cannot cancel orders as they are a third party call center, and they need to send a notice to corporate to cancel. I've filed a fraud report with my financial institution.
I was charged for these items including a monthly fee but never received the items. I emailed to cancel my monthly fee immediately after my order, but this was never canceled. I was charged, but upon calling, I was issued a refund for the monthly fee.
After several phone calls & emails to the company to ask where my items were or inquiring about a refund, I was told that they couldn't provide me with a direct number to the shipping department, and my issue would be send to the shipping department &/or "upper management." No names or phone numbers were provided, but they said they were located in the same CA office.
First, they offered me a 50% refund on several occasions which was never given. In addition, they said they would re-order the items. Then, they said they'd cancel the items, and I was offered a 100% refund which was never given after countless phone calls to their main number. They also said that someone would call me back within 24 hours (on numerous occasions) which never happened.
I ordered two Alonefire delux flashlights for the price of one $29.99. The internet deal stated both lights were rechargable with cords and cases. The total prise was $59.99 I waited 54 days for USPS to deliver. When the lights arrived on 01/04/2018 the lights were not what I ordered. The price of the two lighte from China, showed on the shipping package the lights were priced at $5.00 apiece. VIP stores was selling the flash lights on line Nov.11,2017. I called customer service on 01/04/2018 at 1-800-553- 7257 and complained. They informed that those were the flashlights that I had ordered.
Saw a buy one get one for HD glasses on Yahoo. Placed an order 12/22@ 8:09 and then noticed I was being charged for two pairs. I then recieved an email stating several points and one point states you may cancel your order within 24 hours just respond to this email. I resonded to the email 12/22@ 3:42 but at the bottom in fine print it says please do not respond to this email and then at the bottom you see your have actually enrolled in a club and there is a montly fee. This is not stated up front. I called to cancel explaining I responed to the email but at the bottom it states do not respond to this email. First I was told 24 hours had passed. I stated I did what they told me so then was offered the two for one. I said no,I responed to your email,its not my problem you state to respond if you want to cancell and its not the correct email. after haggling,I recieved an email all future charges will be cancelled. Recieved another one stateing my 59.90 was refunded. I have not seen this refund.
Thankfully, I didn't buy anything from this company. I noticed a "buy one get one free" deal on their backpack, but after reading the price, I realized it was actually buy one get one at a reduced price. Also, the reviews are fake. You cannot post reviews or upvote/downvote them, they are nonspecific, well written (which is actually extremely uncommon now), and the number of each number of stars (one through five) as well as total number of reviews as another product - see Night Vision HD glasses. There were 349 total reviews on both, 304 five star reviews on both, 25 four star reviews on both, 16 three star reviews on both, 3 two star reviews on both, and 1 one star review on both. This is either an astronomical coincidence or fraud.

recveived order confirmation email about order and rthere was language that I had signed up for buyers club and would be automatically billed via my credit card each month
called, spoke with rep, explained that I believed this was a scam and to disenroll me. really hard sales pitch. once again said to disenroll me and this smelled like a scam. received email, almost immediately that I was disenrolled and not charged. if i had not carefully read their response, i would have been fraudulently billed.
