January of 2018, I paid Vicent Riciardi $1,000 fee to broker a Loan. Afte several months, he has failed. I asked for my money back, but gave me hope he would get a loan for me. But failed. I came to the conclusion, he scammed me! About a month ago, he called and asked for financial help and said he could get the loan. I did provide financial help, but found out with the one of loans was fraudulent! It was a LOAN ofrom WebBank. The scanned doucments he sent me were fraudulent. He claimed innocence on the false documents. However, he was also getting a $35,000 loan, which he would surrender $10,000 of that loan and give me as the original loan he was Brokering. The loan was being arranged with Loan Builder, a subsidiary of Paypal. As of this writing, he has not delivered. I have reason to believe this loan is fraudulent. I called Loan Builder and would not confirm (by law) if the Loan of $35,000 was disbursed. I will update this complaint because I as I gather addtional facts. Thus far, Vincent Ricciardi has been elusive in this process. He has told me in the past 3 weeks, he was going to send me money, but has failed. His behavior has not changed, My conclusion, he is just a SCAMMER!
