Vince Bruner gave me an estimate of 2 hours to install acompresser that I had.
He later charged me for 6 hours labor, the use of his vacuum cleaner, the use of his
soldering iron for a total of $580.00
The estimate was for $140.00
He also told me he got to my business at noon, when I spoke to my manager he accualy arrived at 1:30.
I have 14 cameras in my business and verified this fact.
We called him and he said he would stop by the following day.
I have not seen him now for 6 weeks and he won't answer our phone calls.
