Terrible roller coaster experience with Victory Athletic Centre. My trainer Kyan whom I was training with at another gym told me to switch to Victory Athletic Centre in January 2015 with no written contract, Patrick nor my trainer Kyan explained policy of the centre. Its been a run around just to book sessions with my trainer not to mention the extremely annoying last minute cancelations and time changes of training sessions. I purchased another 10 sessions in January and another 20 closer to the summer of 2015. My trainer and I committed to working out three times a week, this was the case for the first month, after he said he is unavailable and downgraded me to once a week, which is not enough for the goals we set, the only reason I followed Kyan to Victory is because he knew and understood my goals and the direction to achieve them... In October I did not hear from my trainer in two weeks, relentless attempts to schedule a session gone unaddressed. After four weeks Kyan messages me telling me he quit from Victory... After he stopped training with me on October 15 - November 23rd is when he returned my message.. I was informed that Victory Athletic Centre will not refund my remaining 2 sessions from the 30 I purchased even though my trainer has quit, There was a gap of two weeks from quitting and relaying the information. I did not sign any contract or agreement saying "no refunds'. No one from the centre has called me to explain my options nor has my trainer. The service at Victory is only great as your shopping but once you've purchased the service stops being acceptable and turns into horrid. Avoid Victory Athletic Centre at all costs, they do not respect their loyal clientele.
