I thought he made a good product but what does that matter if his support staff don't and are not willing to fix "Linkomatic". His staff claimed that I did not pay enough for the product to work. I paid for the whole bundle "Fast Pass Bundle". I sent the staff the ad which stated all of the OTOs (all components) were paid for ($157) with the FastPass Bundle. Their response was to remove the program from my access, to not respond to my requests for help. Yes I got frustrated with them and responded in detail how they were plainly wrong. Their response is simply to abandon the customer. I guess they believe I cannot do anything about it. I have bought his other products without a problem. Why they assumed I was an unvaluable customer is beyond me. I did value the product. I just wanted what I bought and for it to work. I guess I asked for too much. I don't know if Victory knows what his staff are doing but it still amounts to a loss for me. Its theft and its criminal. I would suggest people stay away from this company since there policies have changed, "Don't do the right thing". and assume the customer is not right and the customer is just crazy for asking. More important I lost business with a big client where I can show considerable loss. Maybe Victory will see this and help his Support Staff to be reasonable with customer problems and respond to this reasonable support request. I think Victory doesn't know what his staff are doing and how they are hurting his name (to be optimistic) but maybe I am wrong about this.
